Visualize the lotus hat rotating clockwise as if glued to the head. The flames blaze and churn, causing all demons and obstacles to be reduced to ashes, like bird feathers falling into a blacksmith's coal ash. Furthermore, visualize the seed syllable (藏文：ཏཾ，梵文天城体：त，梵文罗马拟音：taṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable) 'taṃ' at the heart, along with its mantra garland, emitting white rays of light as bright as the autumn moon, filling the entire body. All illnesses, demons, and sins are purified, radiating outwards from the pores. A white light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the body. Contemplate that all peaceful activities are accomplished. Again, visualize the mantra garland at the heart emitting yellow rays of light like molten gold, filling the entire body. All life, merit, and wisdom are increased. Radiating outwards from the pores. A yellow light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the white light tent. Contemplate that all enriching activities are accomplished. Again, visualize the mantra garland at the heart emitting red rays of light like coral, filling the entire body. All stability and movement, animate and inanimate, are brought under control. Radiating outwards from the pores. A red light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the yellow light tent. Contemplate that all magnetizing activities are accomplished. Again, visualize the mantra garland at the heart emitting dark blue rays of light, filling the entire body. All unfavorable forces are completely destroyed. Radiating outwards from the pores. A dark blue light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the red light tent. Contemplate that all wrathful activities are accomplished. Again, visualize the mantra garland at the heart emitting green rays of light like molten emerald, filling the entire body. All supreme and common accomplishments are achieved simultaneously. Radiating outwards from the pores. A green light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the dark blue light tent. Contemplate that all activities are accomplished. Again, visualize the mantra garland at the heart emitting liver-colored rays of light, filling the entire body. All accomplishments are made stable. Radiating outwards from the pores. A liver-colored light tent forms about an arrow's length outside the green light tent. Contemplate that all blessings and activities are made stable. All six light tents merge into one, shaped like an egg, solid and hard, impossible to destroy even by the winds of the eon's end. Think intently. Starting from visualizing yourself as Jetsunma (Venerable Lady, referring to Tara), focus your mind on the tent at the liver, and rest in the state of appearance and emptiness inseparable. Similarly, gradually from the outside, focus your mind on the ཏཾ་ (taṃ) syllable at the heart, and rest in the state of appearance and emptiness undifferentiated. Then, from the ཧྲཱིཿ (hrīḥ) (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Seed Syllable) at the heart of Amitayus (Tsepakme, Buddha of Limitless Life) on the crown of the head, rays of light emanate in the ten directions, gathering all life and merit encompassed by the world and beyond, in the form of light, and entering into the vase, transforming into a stream of immortal nectar. This nectar surges upwards, flowing from the mouth, entering from the Brahma aperture (top of the head). Filling the entire inside of the body, thereby eliminating all fears of disease, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and untimely death. Visualize attaining the accomplishment of immortal nectar. Hold your breath twenty-one times, or seven times, or three times. Then, from the heart chakra together with the mantra garland, also emanate streams of sweet immortal nectar and white light, and countless assemblies proclaiming the sound of the mantra. From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, the entire body is completely filled, thereby purifying and eliminating all fears of disease, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and untimely death. Attain the accomplishment of immortal life. Visualize that every pore of your body is filled with trickling nectar. Recite as much as possible: Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Mama Āyuḥ Puṇya Jñāna Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་ཏེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཎྱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुः पुण्य ज्ञाण पुष्टिं कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Savioress, Quick Savioress, Great Savioress, Grant me life, merit, wisdom, increase, accomplish Svaha). When the visualization is not clear, nectar descends from the heart chakra together with the mantra garland. As mentioned before, recite the words of gathering and dispersing light, combine the mantra and visualization, and recite without distraction. Afterwards, perform offerings and praises as before. Pray that the Bhagavati (Blessed Mother) grants me and all sentient beings all supreme and common accomplishments. Āli Kāli Ye Dharma (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཡེ་དྷརྨ།). Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times for blessing. Stabilize and supplement any omissions. Then, from the ཏཾ་ (taṃ) syllable at the heart, light emanates, touching the outer world and inner beings, causing them all to dissolve into light, merging into the tent at the liver. This light merges into the green tent. This light merges into the blue tent. This light merges into the red tent. This light merges into the yellow tent. This light merges into the white tent. This light merges into the white chakra. This merges into visualizing yourself as Jetsunma. This merges into the heart chakra together with the mantra garland.
