The nun invites White Tārā (Tibetan: བཙུན་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་དཀར་མོ་) surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, reciting 'Vajra samājaḥ' (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ, Vajra samājaḥ, Vajra Assembly). 'Jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ' (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ) dissolves into non-duality. Again, light radiates from the 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Destroyer) syllable at the heart center, inviting the initiation deity, the Five Tathāgata families with their retinue, reciting 'Oṃ vajra samājaḥ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Oṃ vajra samājaḥ, Om Vajra Assembly). I beseech all the Tathāgatas to grant me complete initiation. (Tibetan: དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ།) After the supplication, reciting 'Oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣekaṭa samaya śrī hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱེ་ཧཱུྃ།, Oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣekaṭa samaya śrī hūṃ, Om all tathagatas initiation samaya śrī hūṃ), while pouring the water from the vase from the crown of the head, filling the entire body, purifying all defilements, the remaining water overflows upwards, transforming into Amitābha adorning the crown. Then, if one wishes to recite the mantra, visualize in one's heart center a white moon disc with eight spokes and five surrounding rims, in the center of the moon disc is a white 'Tāṃ' (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ) syllable. Around the 'Tāṃ' syllable, encircling it, is 'Mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru' (Tibetan: མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཎྱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་, Mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru, My life merit wisdom increase please do). In front of it is 'Oṃ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ), and behind it is 'Hā' (Tibetan: ཧཱ). On the eight spokes, starting from the front and going clockwise, are 'Tāre' (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ), 'Tuta' (Tibetan: ཏུ་ཏ), 'Tāre' (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ), 'Ture' (Tibetan: ཏུ་རེ), 'Svāhā' (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ), each spoke having one syllable. On the first surrounding rim on the outside, arranged counterclockwise are 'A A' (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ), 'I Ī' (Tibetan: ཨི་ཨཱི), 'U Ū' (Tibetan: ཨུ་ཨཱུ), 'Ṛ Ṝ' (Tibetan: རི་རཱི), 'Lृ Lॄ' (Tibetan: ལྀ་ལཱྀ), 'E Ai' (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཨཻ), 'O Au' (Tibetan: ཨོ་ཨཽ), 'Aṃ Aḥ' (Tibetan: ཨཾ་ཨཿ). On the fourth surrounding rim on the outside, it is surrounded by a circle of blue vajras. On the outermost rim, visualize a circle of five-colored light rotating clockwise. Then, from the complete transformation of Amitābha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད་) at the crown of the head into Amitāyus (Tibetan: མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་), the Lord of Limitless Life and Wisdom, the color of the body is white with a reddish hue, one face and two arms, holding a golden vase filled with the stream of immortal nectar in the meditation mudra, adorned with silk and precious jewels, sitting in the vajra posture.
