如是念诵。在念诵金刚萨埵百字明时加入（此段）。无论我因愚昧无知，所未 प्राप्त（藏文：མ་འབྱོར་པ་，梵文天城体：अप्राप्त，梵文罗马拟音：aprapta，汉语字面意思：未获得），所毁损，以及所做的一切，祈请诸位圣者宽恕。嗡，您成办一切众生之利益，赐予随顺的成就。祈请于成佛刹土逝去后，再次降临。班杂 穆！（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆）智慧尊降临，誓言尊融入自身。 以此功德愿我速速成就观世音菩萨，所有众生无一遗漏，皆能安住于彼之境界。无垢等。（念诵）观世音菩萨吉祥祈愿文等，随力所能。此观世音菩萨主眷三尊之随许，传承有觉囊派、萨迦派、杰塘巴等，虽有三种不同的面见传承，然其本质相同，故此处保留自生本尊法穆钦·索南坚赞之语录，以及随许之仪轨作者阿旺·曲扎所著之噶当派四本尊中观世音菩萨部分之原文，此乃仪轨详尽之法。若欲简略，则具足自前（本尊）三种仪轨亦可成办，故应具少许仪轨次第之黑字引导，此乃应不丹法王衮噶坚赞之请，萨迦派阿旺·衮噶洛哲所著。

Thus recite. Add (this section) when reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra. Whatever has not been attained, whatever has been damaged, and whatever I have done out of ignorance, may the noble ones forgive. Om, may you accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, grant the desired attainments. I pray that after passing away to the Buddha-field, you will come again. Vajra Muh! (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：Vajra Muh) The wisdom being departs, the samaya being dissolves into oneself. By this merit, may I quickly attain Avalokiteśvara, and may every single being without exception be established in that state. Stainless, etc. (Recite) the auspicious prayer of Avalokiteśvara, etc., as much as possible. This Anugraha of Avalokiteśvara, the main deity and retinue of the three, has different lineages such as the Jonang tradition, the Sakya tradition, and the Kyergangpa tradition. Although there are about three different face-to-face transmissions, their essence is the same. Therefore, here, the original words of the self-generation deity, Muschen Sonam Gyaltsen's teachings, and the words spoken by Ngawang Chodrak, the author of the Anugraha ritual, in the Avalokiteśvara section of the four Kadam deities, are preserved. This is the method of detailed rituals. If you want to simplify, then the three rituals of self-front (deity) can also be accomplished, so you should have a little guidance in black letters on the order of the rituals.
