'The Practice and Subsequent Permission of the Three Supreme Beings, with Arya Avalokiteshvara as the Main Figure, Easy to Understand Version' Namo Guru Lokeshvaraya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, गुरु लोकेश्वर, Homage to the Guru, the Lord of the World) Protecting beings, pleasing compassionate form, I prostrate to Avalokiteshvara. Regarding its practice and subsequent permission, Please listen as I explain it in an easy-to-understand way for those of lesser ability. In a secluded place, on a covered cushion, on top of the mandala, place one large torma in the center and one smaller torma on each side. In front of that, place one round torma, two waters, and the five preliminary offerings. Adorn the vase with fragrant water and a wish-fulfilling tree, placing it appropriately on the cushion. There is no need for a conch shell, Dharma instrument, or vajra. Then, purify the offerings with Om Vajra Yaksha Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, 嗡 班杂 亚叉 吽, Om Vajra Yaksha Hum), and empty them with Svabhava (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, स्वाभाव, Svabhava) and other mantras. From within emptiness, from vast jewel vessels, arise the syllable Om, transforming into offering water, foot-washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, and music, excellent and vast, pure and unobstructed, filling the expanse of the sky. Om Argham Pratitya Ye Svaha. Om Padyam Pratitya Ye Svaha. Om Vajra Pushpe Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, 嗡 班杂 布贝 阿 吽, Om Vajra Pushpe Ah Hum) up to Shabda Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, 夏达 阿 吽, Shabda Ah Hum), arrange them in order. Ring the bell, and recite the Dharani three times. I and all beings of the three realms, as limitless as the sky, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the glorious and precious Lama. I take refuge in the perfectly enlightened Bhagavan. I take refuge in the sacred Dharma. I take refuge in the noble Sangha. From the depths of my heart, I take refuge to the best of my ability. I prostrate and take refuge in the Lama and the precious Three Jewels. I beseech you to bless my being. Recite once. Then, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will attain the state of perfect enlightenment. For this purpose, I will practice the meditation and recitation of Jowo Thukje Chenpo. Recite three times. Visualize yourself as Avalokiteshvara, and from the Hrih (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, ཧྲཱིཿ, Hrih) at your heart, radiate light, inviting the three supreme beings with Avalokiteshvara as the main figure, surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, to descend into the space in front of you. 'བས། སྐྱོན་གྱིས་མ་གོས་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར།'（身无瑕垢，身色洁白）。向不染污垢，身色洁白者顶礼。 'རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་དབུ་ལ་བརྒྱན།'（圆满正觉为首严）。以圆满正觉为顶严。 'ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་འགྲོ་ལ་གཟིགས།'（慈悲之眼视众生）。以慈悲之眼垂视众生。 'སྤྱན་གཟིགས་གཙོ་འཁོར་རྣམས་ལ་འདུད།'（观视主眷皆敬礼）。向观世音及其眷属顶礼。 以此偈颂顶礼。观想从自己的心间，涌现出供养天女，手持供水、鲜花等供品，进行供养。念诵：'ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨཪྻ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ། པཱ་དྱཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ། བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཝིདྱེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།' 念诵后合掌，口中念诵：'དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ནས། སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག'（从三宝处，愿成就佛果）。 重复三遍。然后念诵：'སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་དང་བདེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རྒྱུ་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་པའི་བདེ་བ་དང་མི་འབྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག ཉེ་རིང་ཆགས་སྡང་དང་བྲལ་བའི་བཏང་སྙོམས་ལ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག'（愿一切众生具足安乐及安乐因，愿一切众生远离痛苦及痛苦因，愿一切众生永不离无苦之乐，愿一切众生安住于无有亲疏爱憎之平等舍）。 如此修习四无量心。然后念诵：'ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།'（嗡，自性清净一切法，自性清净我）。 于空性中，观想自心化为白色“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）字，带有尖角，融化为光，化为三个白色明点。中间的明点最大，两边的较小。这些明点融合成观世音菩萨主尊及其眷属三尊：中央是自身观世音菩萨（Thugs-rje-chen-po），身色洁白，如旭日照耀雪山般，全身散发着洁白的光芒。一面四臂，面带微笑。头发一半束起为发髻，向上竖立，系有红色绸带；一半头发披于左右肩上，如风吹拂般飘动。 第一双手于胸前合掌，右边第二只手持着摩尼宝珠念珠，左边第二只手于耳边持着白色莲花（utpala）。佩戴着各种珍宝饰品，身穿各色丝绸天衣，双足跏趺坐。其右侧是诺布赞巴（Norbu Dzinpa），身色黄色，一面四臂。第一双手于胸前合掌，右边第二只手持着带有手柄的如意宝珠，左边第二只手持着稻穗。以珍宝饰品和丝绸天衣庄严自身。双膝跪地，双眼注视着主尊的眉间。左侧是卓玛（Jomo）度母（Dudrugma），身色白色，一面四臂。第一双手... 第一双手...

'བས། སྐྱོན་གྱིས་མ་གོས་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར།' (Free from flaws, the body is white). Homage to the one who is free from flaws and whose body is white. 'རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་དབུ་ལ་བརྒྱན།' (The head is adorned with the fully enlightened one). Whose head is adorned with the fully enlightened one. 'ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་འགྲོ་ལ་གཟིགས།' (Looks upon beings with eyes of compassion). Who looks upon beings with eyes of compassion. 'སྤྱན་གཟིགས་གཙོ་འཁོར་རྣམས་ལ་འདུད།' (I bow to Avalokiteśvara and his retinue). I bow to Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig) and his retinue. Recite this verse as prostration. Visualize offering goddesses emerging from your heart, holding offerings such as water and flowers, and make offerings. Recite: 'Om Sarva Tathagata Arya Avalokiteshvara Sapariwara Argham Pratichcha Ye Svaha. Padyam Pratichcha Ye Svaha. Vajra Puspe Ah Hum. Vajra Dhupe Ah Hum. Vajra Aloke Ah Hum. Vajra Gandhe Ah Hum. Vajra Naivedye Ah Hum. Vajra Shapta Ah Hum.' After reciting, join your palms and say: 'དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ནས། སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག' (From the Three Jewels, may I attain Buddhahood). Repeat three times. Then recite: 'May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness. May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May all sentient beings never be separated from the bliss without suffering. May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion.' Meditate on the Four Immeasurables in this way. Then recite: 'Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham.' (Om, by the purity of nature, all dharmas are pure; by the purity of nature, I am pure.)
