I also bow down in the same way. Repeat this three times. Visualize yourself instantly transforming into the Holy Tara, in your heart center, from the syllable 'པཾ' (Tibetan, vam, Devanagari, vam, Roman transliteration, water) arises a lotus, and from the syllable 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, ah, Devanagari, ah, Roman transliteration, none) arises a moon disc, upon which stands a green syllable 'ཏཱཾ' (Tibetan, tāṃ, Devanagari, tam, Roman transliteration, seed syllable), radiating light, inviting the Guru and Holy Tara, surrounded by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, recite: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, oṃ vajra samajaḥ, Devanagari, om vajra samajaḥ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Samaja, Please descend). Invite them with this, and offer with mudras: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum, Om Vajra Flower Ah Hum) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra dhūpe āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra dhūpe āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Dhupe Ah Hum, Om Vajra Incense Ah Hum) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra ālo ke āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra ālo ke āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Aloke Ah Hum, Om Vajra Light Ah Hum) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra gandhe āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra gandhe āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Gandhe Ah Hum, Om Vajra Scent Ah Hum) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཝི་ཏེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra nai vite āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra nai vite āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Naivite Ah Hum, Om Vajra Food Ah Hum) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, oṃ vajra śapta āḥ hūṃ, Devanagari, om vajra śapta āḥ hūṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Vajra Shapta Ah Hum, Om Vajra Sound Ah Hum). Join your palms and recite: I take refuge in the Three Jewels, I confess all misdeeds. I rejoice in the merits of all beings, Until enlightenment, I hold them in mind. In the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, Until enlightenment, I take refuge. To accomplish the benefit of self and others, I generate the Bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta, I invite all sentient beings, To be my honored guests, I practice the pleasing Bodhisattva conduct, may I achieve Buddhahood for the benefit of beings! Repeat three times. May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, may all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering, may all sentient beings never be separated from the bliss free from suffering, may all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion. Recite once, and meditate on the Four Immeasurables. ཨོཾ་ཤུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ། (Tibetan, oṃ śunya tā jñāna vajra sva bhāva atma ko'haṃ, Devanagari, om śunya tā jñāna vajra sva bhāva atma ko'haṃ, Roman transliteration, Om Shunyata Jnana Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham, Om Emptiness Wisdom Vajra Self-Nature I) All phenomena encompassed by samsara and nirvana are emptiness, their nature is unobtainable, transforming into a clear and luminous sky. Within emptiness, from the syllable 'པཾ' (Tibetan, vam, Devanagari, vam, Roman transliteration, water) arises a lotus, and from the syllable 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, ah, Devanagari, ah, Roman transliteration, none) arises a moon disc, upon which my own mind, the wisdom inseparable from duality, is the illusory appearance arising from interdependence, this transforms from the syllable 'ཏཱཾ' (Tibetan, tāṃ, Devanagari, tam, Roman transliteration, seed syllable) into a green Utpala flower, marked with the syllable 'ཏཱཾ' (Tibetan, tāṃ, Devanagari, tam, Roman transliteration, seed syllable). Light radiates, offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings, the light gathers back and dissolves into the syllable 'ཏཱཾ' (Tibetan, tāṃ, Devanagari, tam, Roman transliteration, seed syllable) and the Utpala flower. From this complete transformation, I myself become the Holy Tara, with a green body, one face and two arms, the right hand making the gesture of supreme giving, the left hand holding the stem of the Utpala flower with the thumb and forefinger at the heart, the petals blooming near the ears. Smiling, extremely peaceful. The hair is braided to the left, with a slight fringe hanging down on the right side. Appearing as a sixteen-year-old maiden. Leaning against the moon. The breasts are covered by a thin silk upper garment, and the lower body is adorned with skirts of various silks. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
