On the outer circumference write the essence of dependent origination. On the inner circumference write the sun, moon, etc. In the center, write the name of the person to be worn, either single or double. Write with gold, it is best to wear it universally. Padmasambhava and other Chinese and Tibetan scholars have already made this teaching of healing and protection. However, some have made it degenerate like wrapping silk around the feet of a fool, which is unbearable.
