༈ རང་ལ་གྲོས་སུ་གདམས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མགུར་བཞུགས་སོ། །ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱཿ རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་རང་གྲོལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེ་ཉིད་རང་དང་གཞན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་སྣང་བ་ལ་མངོན་པར་སྐྱོ་བས་ཨོ་རྒྱན་རྫོང་གི་གནས་སུ་གྲོས་འདེབས་མགུར་དུ་བཞེངས་པ། ཐུགས་རྗེ་མཆོག་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གྲུ་ཆེན་གྱིས། །མ་ལུས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྲིད་མཚོ་མཐར་འབྱིན་ཞིང༌། །ཞི་བ་རྡུལ་བྲལ་རིན་ཆེན་གླིང་སོན་པའི། །དཔལ་མགོན་བླ་མ་དམ་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་འདུད། ། འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྒལ་དཀའི་གནས། །སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་རྦ་ཀློང་འཁྲུགས་པ་ཅན། །ཐར་དཀའ་གཏིང་མཐའ་མེད་པ་འདིར་འཁྱམས་པའི། །རྨོངས་པ་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྙིང་ནས་གྲོས་ཤིག་འདེབས། །གྲོས་འདི་མཚང་ནས་བྲུས་ཏེ་མ་བཏབ་ན། །ཀུན་སྤྱོད་ངན་པ་འདི་ལ་འདོར་དུས་མེད། །བློ་འདི་ནང་དུ་ལྡོག་སྟེ་མ་བལྟས་ན། །རང་སྐྱོན་ངན་པ་འདི་ལ་ཐོན་དུས་མེད། །དེ་བས་ད་རེས་སྙིང་ནས་གྲོས་ཤིག་འདེབས། །ཕན་པའི་གདམས་ངག་ཡིན་ནོ་སེམས་ལ་ཞོག །དབེན་པར་གནས་ཀྱང་གཞན་དང་བསྟེན་འདྲིས་མང༌། །ཚེ་འདིའི་རྣམ་གཡེང་ཆོས་བརྒྱད་མ་བྲལ་བར། །རང་དོན་འཆལ་བའི་གཞན་དོན་ལྟར་སྣང་ཅན། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །སྔོན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་བས་བྱང་ཆུབ་བརྙེས་པ་དང༌། །ཆོས་མཛད་གོང་མས་གྲུབ་པ་བརྙེས་པ་ཡང༌། ། དབེན་པར་གནས་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ནི་རྣམ་པར་གཡེངས། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །ཟང་ཟིང་རྙེད་བཀུར་ནོར་རྫས་སྒྱུ་མ་ཀུན། །སྒྲུབ་ལ་བར་གཅོད་བསླུ་བར་མ་ཤེས་པས། ། གཅིག་ནས་བླངས་ཤིང་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱིན་པ་བཞིན། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །སྣ་ཚོགས་སྐྱེ་བོ་དུ་མའི་འདུ་ལོང་ཀུན། །འདུ་འཛི་འཁྲུལ་པའི་བདུད་དུ་མ་ཤེས་པར། །ཁ་ལྟ་ཆོས་བཤད་གཞན་དོན་བྱས་སོ་སྙམ། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །གར་འགྲོ་ཆ་མེད་གཅིག་ཏུ་མ་ངེས་པས། །ནོར་རྫས་གསོག་བྲུན་གནས་ཀྱི་མཁར་ལས་སོགས། །རྟག་ཏུ་སྡོད་རྩིས་འཁྲུལ་སྣང་བདེན་པར་འཛིན། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱང་མི་ཐུལ་མི་ཟིན་པར། །གཞན་སེམས་ཐུལ་ཞིང་ཟིན་དུ་རེ་བའི་མི། །རྟག་ཏུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གཟེ་རེ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བར་འདུག་གམ་སོམས། །སྙིང་པོའི་དེ་ཉིད་ནམ་ཡང་མི་སྒྲུབ་པར། །ཚེ་འདི་ལྷུར་ལེན་ཉིན་མཚན་འཁྲུལ་པས་འདའ། །མདོ་མེད་ཅོལ་ཆུང་དམ་པས་བཞད་གད་གནས། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྤྱོད་པས་ཡོང་བ

༈ 自我劝诫金刚歌。 顶礼 गुरु गुरुభ్యः（藏文，梵文天城体，guru bhyaḥ，上师众）。 名为“自然解脱瑜伽士”者，对自身、他人和世间显现生起厌离心，于邬金宗（邬金宗）处，创作劝诫之歌。 大悲无上智慧之巨轮，将所有众生度脱轮回苦海，到达寂静离尘之珍宝洲，顶礼具德上师尊者之莲足。 轮回之海是极难超越之处，充满生老病死的波涛汹涌，漂泊于此难以解脱、深不见底之境，我从内心深处向你这愚昧者提出忠告。 此忠告若不从根源挖掘并种下，就永远没有抛弃这种恶劣行为的时候。 若不将此心转向内审视，就永远没有摆脱自身恶习的时候。 因此，现在我从内心深处提出忠告，这是有益的教诲，请铭记在心。 即使身处寂静之地，也过多地与他人交往亲近，终日沉迷于世间八法，不离不弃，看似利他实则自私放荡。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 过去的胜者证得菩提，以及修法前辈获得成就，都是因为安住于寂静之地，而你却心神散乱。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 所有的世俗供养、名利、财物，都是虚幻不实的，因为不明白它们是修行的障碍和欺骗。 就像从一边拿走又给予另一边一样。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 各种各样众多人们的聚集，因为不明白喧嚣扰攘是迷惑的魔鬼，还自以为是地进行口头上的观察、说法，做了利他之事。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 因为不知道将去往何方，也没有确定唯一的方向，所以不断地积攒财物，建造住所的城堡等等，总是计划着长久居住，将虚幻的显现执着为真实。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 自己的心都无法调伏和掌握，却期望调伏和掌握他人的心。 这样的人，痛苦的折磨将永无止境。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？ 从不修持精要的真谛，终日沉迷于此生，日夜颠倒，毫无意义，轻浮浅薄，成为智者嘲笑的对象。 思考一下，这样的行为会有所成就吗？

༈ A Vajra Song of Advice to Oneself. Namo Guru Bhyah. The one called "Various Self-Liberated Yogis," feeling utterly weary of the appearances of self, others, and the world, composed this song of advice at the place of Orgyen Dzong (Orgyen Dzong). With the great ship of the supreme wisdom of compassion, may it lead all beings without exception to the end of the ocean of existence, and may we reach the precious island of peace, free from dust. I prostrate to the feet of the glorious protector, the holy lama. The ocean of samsara is an extremely difficult place to cross, filled with the turbulent waves of birth, aging, sickness, and death. Wandering in this inescapable, bottomless realm, I offer heartfelt advice to you, foolish one. If this advice is not dug up from the root and planted, there will never be a time to abandon this bad behavior. If this mind is not turned inward and examined, there will never be a time to escape this bad habit. Therefore, now I offer heartfelt advice, this is a beneficial teaching, keep it in mind. Even though dwelling in solitude, there is too much association and familiarity with others. Without separating from the eight worldly concerns, being self-serving and dissolute, appearing to be benefiting others. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? The past victors attained enlightenment, and the previous dharma practitioners attained accomplishment, by dwelling in solitude, while you are completely distracted. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? All the worldly offerings, gain, honor, wealth, and possessions are illusory, because you do not understand that they are obstacles and deceptions to practice. Like taking from one side and giving to the other. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? All the gatherings of various kinds of people, because you do not understand that the hustle and bustle is the demon of delusion, and you think you are doing something for others by superficially observing and giving dharma talks. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? Because you do not know where you are going, and you have not determined a single direction, you constantly accumulate wealth, build castles for dwellings, and so on, always planning to stay for a long time, clinging to illusory appearances as if they were real. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? You cannot subdue or control your own mind, yet you hope to subdue and control the minds of others. For such a person, the torment of suffering will never cease. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment? Never practicing the essential truth, you are completely absorbed in this life, passing the days and nights in delusion, meaningless, frivolous, and becoming a laughingstock for the wise. Consider, will such behavior lead to accomplishment?
