A treatise entitled "The Precious Boat of Meaning Instructions on the All-Creating King of Bodhicitta." Primordially utterly peaceful, like the sky, uncompounded. The Dharmakāya is the indivisibility of the realm and wisdom. Free from the extremes of existence and non-existence, without limitations, unchanging. Primordial protector, All-Creating One, I prostrate to you. The essence of all dharmas, the direct path of mind itself. Without traversing, without training, directly enlightened in the present. Spontaneously perfect, All-Creating One, the meaning of the pinnacle of vehicles. Compiled into instructions, explained for the sake of future generations. Thus, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, with skillful means and great compassion, taught immeasurable gates of Dharma and categories of vehicles. However, in accordance with the faculties of those to be tamed, mostly only taught in a way that leads them on, without teaching the definitive meaning in one direction. As the Root Tantra, chapter thirty-three, says: "The three bodies of the teacher show separately, thus the nature arises, it is the prophecy of that." And also in the Later Tantra, chapter sixty-four: "The first of the retinue, the teacher, the three bodies, in order to seize the path that pleases each, thus the difference of paths is shown to be traversable. In order to lead the small-minded through guidance to the meaning, I have realized it is a teaching of guidance." And also in the chapter "Without Fabrication": "Thus, those who are devoted during the day, how the teacher shows the truth, it is not definitive, but only guidance." And also, the vehicles from the Hearers to Anu Yoga are only means to go to the door of entering the self-arisen wisdom of mind itself, but not actually realizing that itself, because they do not transcend delusion and obscuration. As it is also said in the Root Tantra, chapter thirty-eight: "O Great Bodhisattva, listen! The three teachers of the retinue, the three teachings are delusion and obscuration, and how is that? The six vehicles that have attained certainty are shown as the mistaken path of the Great Perfection." Thus it is. Even if one becomes accustomed to the meaning of those lower vehicles, one will not see the meaning of the All-Creating mind itself in this very life, and it is shown to be contradictory. As the Later Tantra, chapter "Without Birth," says: "O All-Creating One, if you do not realize my own nature, then it is not appropriate to the teachings that are taught separately."

I! Whatever is included in the meaning of the three Kayas of the teacher, is extremely contradictory to the meaning of the All-Creating I.” Thus it was said. Therefore, the scriptures that directly reveal the definitive meaning alone have not been spoken by the Buddhas of the three times in the three times. The words spoken by the teacher, the All-Creating One, are spoken. In the eighty-fourth chapter of the Later Tantra, it says: “O! I am the teacher, the All-Creating King, the root of the vehicle, the essence of the Dharma. This great one that the teachers of the three Kayas have not spoken, this mind-stream that reveals the unborn, the Buddhas of the three times have not spoken before, nor will they speak in the future, nor will they show it now. The All-Creating King has no change, he has spoken before and will speak in the future. Because he has spoken of appearing now, for the fortunate ones, he has definitely shown the scriptures of effortless liberation. This lineage of teachings that directly shows the sutras and scriptures, does not increase or decrease, and for those who hold the essence, the All-Creating King will definitely show it to you.” Thus it is said. Such an All-Creating One is the essence of all Dharmas and all vehicles gathered into one meaning. In the seventy-ninth chapter of the Later Tantra, it says: “O! The teacher of teachers, the All-Creating King, prophesied in the midst of the uncreated assembly, on the root of all the uncreated essence Dharmas, how it appears and is determined. If one understands the meaning of the one essence nature, then the nature of all is gathered into the All-Creating One itself. Therefore, if one is skilled in the meaning of the All-Creating I, then one will become skilled in the inconceivable Dharma. If one becomes accustomed to the meaning of the All-Creating I, then one will become skilled and accustomed to the meaning of the All-Creating One.” Thus it is said. That itself is the essence of the essence of all vehicles gathered into one meaning. In the thirteenth chapter of the Root Tantra, it says: “The All-Creating King, the Bodhicitta I, is said to be the innermost essence of all vehicles. The three vehicles in which the three teachers abide, definitely abide, and there is no other vehicle besides the one vehicle. The one is the ground of the All-Creating Bodhicitta, and that is said to be the essence of all vehicles.” Thus it is said. Thus, the Great Perfection All-Creating Ati Vehicle, the pinnacle that transcends the eight vehicles, this pith instruction of the essential meaning has three aspects: the nature of the teacher who shows it, the characteristics of the student who is the object of the teaching, and the nature of the oral instruction to be taken.
