A commentary on the treatise called "The Precious Treasury of Reality." In Sanskrit: Tatatva Ratna Kosha Nama Vritti. In Tibetan: A commentary on the treatise called "The Precious Treasury of Reality." Homage to the Primordial Buddha Samantabhadra! The realm of primordially spontaneous perfection of qualities, the original protector who is the glory of samsara and nirvana, and to the victorious vidyadhara Dharma Lord Lama, I pay homage with the swaying of a thousand petals of faith. The pinnacle of the vehicle is exceedingly supreme. From the vast expanse of the manifest Heart Drop teachings, the essence of the heart is gathered, the ultimate definitive meaning. The commentary on the Precious Treasury of Reality clearly explains. When the glorious Samantabhadra awakened to all dharmas in the primordial ground, abiding in the vajra realm of great equality, the supreme fruit of turning the definitive wheel of Dharma is the wisdom, the mind of enlightenment, the Dharmakaya, the unchangeable Suchness. It is the great secret that manifestly shows transcendence of cause and effect, effort and accomplishment. The ultimate state of certainty is gathered into one, which is the instruction manual called "The Precious Treasury of Reality." Here, its nature will be clarified. For now, the first homage: The basis for primordially becoming enlightened and realizing enlightenment, in the unchanging, spontaneously accomplished vajra essence, the nature of mind, the self-nature of Great Perfection, to which there is no abandoning, no grasping, no going, no coming, I pay homage. Thus it is said. This verse establishes the vajra realm of this treatise, the essence of the meaning, the self-arisen wisdom, the spontaneously accomplished Buddha of the ground, the unchanging Dharmadhatu, the self-nature of mind, the naturally luminous Great Perfection, without abandoning or grasping, free from distraction, in its own place, without moving from the nature of Dharma, it shows homage. That self-arisen wisdom, the Great Perfection, transcends all limitations and biases, transcends all accomplishments and efforts. In the tantra of the Great Self-Arisen Awareness, it says: Ema, Great Perfection, Ati! It does not fall into any faction, it practices the meaning of self-arisen wisdom. Just as a ferocious lion subdues with its claws, the Great Perfection self-

Now speaking and subduing the inferior vehicle. Dzogchen speaks in its own language and places itself in its own meaning. "In the realm of Dzogchen, there are no Buddhas or sentient beings. In the ground of Dzogchen, there is no good or bad." "On the path of Dzogchen, there is no near or far. In the result of Dzogchen, there is no attainment or non-attainment. In the body of Dzogchen, there is no is or is not. In the speech of Dzogchen, there is no transformation or non-transformation." "In the mind of Dzogchen, there are no objects or characteristics. In the space of Dzogchen, there is no exhaustion or emptiness. In the place of Dzogchen, there is no high or low. In the Dharma of Dzogchen, there is no practice or non-practice. In the activity of Dzogchen, there is no completion or non-completion. In the play of Dzogchen, there is no arising or non-arising." "In the meaning of Dzogchen, there is no meditation or non-meditation. In the awareness of Dzogchen, there is no high or non-high. The wisdom of Dzogchen, the great secret, plays in all things. In the limit of Dzogchen, there is no pointing out 'this'. In the meaning of Dzogchen, there are no words or letters. The view of the Dzogchen king remains as it is. Without words or letters, one practices in the meaning of Dzogchen. Without clarity, obscuration, grasping, or conceptualization, it is the power of self-appearing bliss. In the meaning of Dzogchen, there is no such abiding." Thus it is said. Among these, the first three lines show the nature of self-originated nature, and the fourth line shows how to become accustomed to it. Because the fruit is the nature abiding in its own place, it is only different from the original foundation in that it has gained stability, and there is no other difference. All dharmas are shown to be complete in the mind of awareness and enlightenment, as it is said in the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra: "In this, there is nothing that is not complete. One complete, two complete, all complete, activity is complete and blissful. One complete is complete in the mind of enlightenment. Two complete is complete in what is done by the mind. All complete is complete in perfection. With this statement of one complete, the intention of the Buddhas abides in this. With this meaning of all complete, all things are perfected. Whoever abides in this without action, this body, whether human or divine." "The intention, the nature of reality, is the Buddha. Having benefited sentient beings with this," "One abides in bliss without effort or practice." Thus it is said. The self-originated wisdom of mind itself, the basis of samsara and nirvana, is shown as the place of the mudra. As it is said in the Doha Treasury: "Mind itself is the only seed of all things, from which samsara and nirvana arise.
