Homage to the glorious Samantabhadra! This is entitled "The Treasury of the Absolute Reality." In Sanskrit: Tatha Ratna Kosha Nama. In Tibetan: This is entitled "The Treasury of the Absolute Reality." Homage to the glorious Samantabhadra! The very ground of enlightenment, primordially a buddha, The unchanging, spontaneously present realm of vajra essence, The very nature of mind, the Great Perfection, I prostrate to it, free from acceptance, rejection, coming, and going. The nature of all phenomena is a realm beyond expression, The Great Perfection is the supreme view, The meaning that is distinct from everything, transcending all. Listen as I explain it, just as I have realized it. The ultimate meaning of the heart essence of mind space instructions Is the sole spontaneously present emptiness. Each one is bound by the key points of liberation, the crucial bonds of commitment. The meaning of recitation and the four aspects exist. Here, first, is the teaching on the state of non-existence. The very nature of non-existence is empty of inherent existence. In the vast expanse of space-like bodhichitta, However it may appear, it has no inherent nature. Just as in the vast expanse of the sky, Whatever appears as the changing environment and beings, Just as that empty form has no inherent nature, So too are the phenomena that appear as bodhichitta. Just as whatever appears as a magical illusion, Its empty nature has no substance, So too, from the very moment of their appearance, All phenomena of existence and samsara Do not stray from bodhichitta and have no substance. Just as a dream does not stray from sleep, And has no inherent nature at the time of its appearance, So too, the appearance of samsara and nirvana is within the state of bodhichitta, And does not stray from it, having no substance or characteristics. Thus, although all phenomena appear in the mind, They are neither the mind nor other than the mind. In the nature of emptiness, clarity, and illusion, From this very moment, they transcend speech, thought, and expression. Therefore, all the phenomena that appear in the mind Should be understood as non-existent from the very moment of their appearance. Just as the appearance of objects is without inherent nature, So too is the nature of bodhichitta, the subject, Like the essence of emptiness, like the sky, It should be understood as transcending speech, thought, and expression. In the self-arisen wisdom, the essence of meaning, There is no cause and effect, so the precipice of samsara is cut. There is no good or bad, so samsara and nirvana are in equilibrium. There is no straying or obscuration, so the choice of the three realms is cut off. The mind itself, like the sky, is enlightenment.

། །Because of the impartiality and non-duality of nature, there is no view to hold, no meditation to practice, and no vows to keep. There is no effort in action, no obscuration of wisdom. There is no purification on the ground, and no path to traverse. There is no subtle dharma, no dualistic connection. Transcending imputation and denial, there is neither dharma nor non-dharma. Like the Golden Isle, in the expanse without differentiation, the self-born mind, like the sky, the nature of non-existence transcends all names and expressions. The essence of meaning is the clear and radiant awareness. Because it cannot be fabricated, virtue does not add to it. Because it cannot be transformed, evil does not harm it. Because there is no cause and effect, there is no ripening of pleasure and pain. Because there is no good or bad, there is no acceptance or rejection, no samsara or nirvana. Because there is no thought or expression, it is the very separation from emptiness. Because there is no before or after, lifetimes are merely labels. Who takes what, who wanders where? What action, what ripening, what is its fruit? Think and examine the meaning like the sky. Think again and again, and examine with awareness, yet. No part, no real thing, not even a particle can be found. In an instant without parts, without grasping or holding, from this moment on, the essence of reality abides in its core. As it is without examination, it is even more so without examination. Even in mere words, it is even more imperceptible, so. All phenomena are always non-existent. Know the illusory, unreal nature. In the natural state of dreams and illusions, even if ignorant children are bound by attachment, those who know the nature cannot be bound. Likewise, ignorant beings are bound and wander in the non-existent dharma because of their attachment to self. Again, those wise yogis of awareness, from this moment on, have decided that it is non-existent. Because there is no cause and effect, they are liberated in the realm of dharma. In the mind of enlightenment, which is neither permanent nor annihilated, wisdom without grasping naturally abides. Abides. In the naked awareness without cause and effect, the single bindu without good or evil abides. In the awareness that is without beginning or end, the intention of Samantabhadra's Dharmakaya naturally abides. In the essence of non-existence, self-awareness, enlightenment. The intention of the victorious ones, pure and without object, is clear. In the illusory yoga, in the self-appearance of awareness, the non-existent dharmas arise unceasingly as play. Because it is decided from the moment of arising that it is non-existent, there is no acceptance or rejection, no effort made. One abides in great ease, with a vast heart and a happy mind. A child deceived by non-existence.
