When all are struck by rays of light, all that dissolves into light is gathered into me. The desire realm is gathered into the lower part of the body, the form realm into the middle, and the formless realm into the upper part. The self is gathered into the seed syllable in the heart. It becomes smaller and smaller, and finally rests in the state of emptiness." "The point of focus is: by holding the mind in the crown chakra, the wheel of great bliss, dullness is eliminated. By holding the mind in the soles of the feet or the wheel of emanation, agitation is eliminated. Furthermore, by counting that agitation and looking at the nature of that mind, it is pacified. Third, eliminating the obstacles to life force. When the wind dwells in the abdomen together with the mind like a person riding a horse, when that wind is disturbed, severe illness and pain arise. When the essence, like oil, and the mind, like a candle, are mixed, when that essence is disturbed, pain that is both pleasant and unpleasant arises. Pain in the channels is: like trembling, severe but short-lived, like hail. The mind dwells dependent on the essence, and when scattered, it rides on the wind. If one can control these two, that is the key to controlling the mind. The method for treating the essence is: dispersing it through physical exercise, and bathing with alcohol and undissolved substances, and nectar, and applying ointments, the pain will naturally subside, and not thinking about anything is the best way to balance the clear essence. The fault of the mind dwelling arises from focusing single-pointedly on one object, etc. It is eliminated by not thinking about it. It is certain that pacifying the wind will also pacify it. There are three ways to pacify the wind: the method for pacifying the five root winds, the method for pacifying the five branch winds, and the general reversal suppression. First, if the life-sustaining wind of the five is seized, there will be angina, pain in the upper body and chest. If it stiffens, it will turn into heart wind and epilepsy, so the method of treatment is massage. The chest of the body endures the impact of water. The mind is focused on the vajra jewel. Utter a strong "Ha" sound. If the fire-accompanying wind is seized, there will be pain in the stomach and kidneys, and if it stings, a "kung kung" sound will be emitted. If it stiffens, it will turn into stomach pain and dropsy, so the method of treatment is to inject alcohol into the wound and fumigate it. Hiccup. Focus awareness on the throat and meditate. If the downward-clearing wind is seized, there will be pain in the hips, the legs will cramp, the lower body will have diarrhea and pain, the stool will be dry, or there will be diarrhea. If it stiffens, the opening of the stool will be closed, so the method of treatment is

Rub between the anus and urethra. With awareness, guide the air into the Brahma穴 and then forcefully expel it outwards through the anus. If the upward-moving air is caught, the throat will swell. If there is a problem with the neck or uvula, stiffness can turn into scrofula. The treatment is not to pull upwards but to press downwards. If the pervasive air is caught, the head will ache, the limbs will feel loose, and the body will tremble. If stiff, it will curl up and swell. The treatment is massage and jumping and running, and meditating on the emptiness of the body. The treatment for the five branch winds is as follows: If the air moving in the eyes is caught, the eyes will hurt, and if stiff, it will lead to blindness. The treatment is to whip with cold medicinal water, which will eliminate redness. If gray is unclear, apply ointment to the four soles of the feet and contemplate crossed eyes. If the air in the ears is caught, there will be stinging and pain, and buzzing sounds. If stiff, it will lead to deafness. The treatment is to cover the non-ear side, suppress the air, and press on the painful area. If the air in the nose is caught, the nasal bones and face will hurt, the nose will collapse, there will be no sense of smell, and breathing will mostly come from the mouth. The treatment is to inhale and then forcefully exhale, using ginger, cardamom, or su-mug powder to induce sneezing. If the air moving in the tongue is caught, the tongue and uvula will swell, the teeth will ache, speech will be slurred, the uvula will droop, and the tongue will be difficult to move. If stiff, it will lead to dumbness. The treatment is to forcefully inhale with a "sing" sound, and when unbearable, forcefully exhale from the mouth with a "sing" sound. If the air moving in the skin of the body is caught, the skin of the body will loosen and ache, the body will tremble and feel hot, there will be itching, it will turn into scabies and acne, and the skin will become rough. The treatment is to inhale forcefully, gather the air in the toes, and then wave the arms and dance. With awareness, contemplate all the air coming out from the pores. In general, if the body is hot, contemplate that from the (ཧཾ, HAM, हं, emptiness) syllable at the crown of the head, nectar (དྷཱུ་ཏཱི, dhūtī, धूती, nectar) falls like cold raindrops. If cold is severe, contemplate that fire blazes from the three-cornered fire at the navel, filling the body with flames. In the lower part, contemplate that from the (ཡཾ, YAM, यं, wind) syllable, the mandala of wind is shaking. If sinking, move awareness outside the body. If scattered, focus awareness on the inner bindu. If stagnant, open the Rakshasa gate and suppress the upper air. If wandering, open the Brahma穴 and shoot the mist into the sky. If stinging, contemplate above it that the (ལཾ, LAM, लं, earth) syllable forms the mandala of earth.

Visualize a vajra at each of the four corners of a square. Furthermore, if the condition changes and the vision becomes red or yellow, it is a bile disorder, so stay in the shade. Think that the body is filled with cold water and wind, and hold the breath. If vomiting occurs, it is phlegm, so purify the body. Think that the green wind of the wind destroys the body, and hold the strong wind. If trembling, vomiting, and dizziness occur, it is a wind disorder, so strike the wind passages. The fire wind melts the (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), filling the body. Focus the mind on the soles of the feet. Alternatively, there are five inverted practices: rotating like a wheel; coiling like a tube; combining many holes; training in the absence of upper and lower wheels; and training in extremely low combinations. The first is, if you feel the body is full and stinging pains occur, visualize an eight-spoked wheel at the navel and meditate on it rotating to the right. If that doesn't help, meditate on it rotating to the left. As it rotates, meditate on the body and wheel becoming larger and larger, filling the sky. Afterward, meditate on the inner emptiness and outer emptiness merging into one without separation, so that the body and wheel are imperceptible. The second is, if the heart and other parts ache slightly, visualize a hole where it hurts, and imagine the breath going out, and release a strong wind. Imagine the wind of wisdom, like the sound of a horse neighing, going out from inside like a tube to the end of the sky, and then gradually imagine both the hole and the tube becoming larger and larger, the hole like a skylight or window, and the tube coiling out like a thread or rope. The third is, if the whole body aches extensively, imagine that the whole body has many holes like the eyes of a red-hot iron. Imagine that all of them release wind and disease, and release a strong wind. The fourth is, if the upper body aches, imagine that everything above the waist and below the throat is empty. Imagine that bluish smoke is going out from there. If diarrhea occurs downwards, strongly restrain the lower wind to stop it. The fifth is, if fainting or jumping and running occur due to wind, meditate on a very deep and long hole below you, and imagine your body sinking down into it or sinking into the ground. If the wind enters between the flesh and skin, it will turn into vitiligo. Later it will turn into leprosy, so the treatment is to wash with urine. Wash with warm chang (Tibetan beer). Anoint and rub many times with black butter or old butter.
