It's amazing to find the fruit here! By grasping one, all of samsara and nirvana are purified into non-duality, haha! Look to the essence of emptiness, the nature of the ground of all. It's amazing that the six realms appear as the three bodies! Beings attain Buddhahood in an instant without doing even a speck of meditation, haha! Look to the fruit of the spontaneously perfect body, speech, and mind. It's amazing that the dharma nature of the three times is without gathering and separation! Without practicing the six perfections, the two accumulations are perfected in an instant, haha! Look to the wisdom of awareness, which is equally placed and all-encompassing. It's amazing that all actions arise as ornaments! It's amazing that all acceptance and rejection are liberated by view! Look to the emptiness of emptiness, the great primordial emptiness. It's amazing that all Buddhas dwell on a precipice! Samsara is pacified by actions and meditation, haha! Look to the non-emptiness of emptiness, to substantiality. It's amazing that the vehicle that grasps at non-existence as self! By being born, one attains the unborn, haha! Thus it is said, look to the essence of the nature of awareness. Good and evil are without acceptance or rejection, transcending effort, practice, bondage, and attachment. Even desiring to become a Buddha, one does not go beyond the precipice. For those who have not established any abiding state, they bind themselves with meaningless self-grasping tenets. From the meaning of ceasing the place of birth, those who hope to attain the unborn will never be liberated and will wander in samsara. Look to the self-liberation, the great inexpressible state! Thus is the instruction. To become accustomed to such meaning is to meditate by realizing the meaning of the bindu that others do not see. Realizing high and low views in an instant. It is like reaching the summit of Mount Meru and seeing the four continents in an instant. Therefore, it is called the method of the steadfast mountain. This is the best of familiarizations, the intermediate one is liberated in the bardo. The lowest one is certain to be liberated in the pure land of the spontaneously manifested nature. Third, the view accomplished by that method is called the complete liberation of the three realms. When viewed by a yogi who has realized Dzogchen, there is not a single phenomenon of samsara and nirvana that is not liberated. Because one has never been confused in the beginning, does not abide in confusion now, and will not possibly be confused in the end. It is called the great primordial liberation of the six realms. Thus, by placing it on the foundation of realization, all afflictions gathered by acceptance and rejection, hope and fear, abandoning and adopting, and grasping and being grasped, like the muddy water of a river, are not

When my own mind is clear, I abide in the view of the exhaustion of phenomena and primordial liberation. At that time, because I realize that confusion has no meaning in reality, I am happy because there is no samsara in the three realms. Because I realize that phenomena have no essence, I am liberated from the confusion of philosophical tenets, and I am happy because I have no attachment to phenomena. Because I realize that awareness is self-luminous, the meaning of words cannot be fully expressed. Knowing that the mind's intellect follows words but does not attain enlightenment, I do not rely on conventional words, and thus three kinds of happiness arise from within. The third point is that there are also three aspects to the yoga of constantly practicing meditation. First, the identification of meditation: On top of realizing the essence of awareness, without any modification, naturally abiding in a state free from sinking and excitement, is the state of being free from elaboration, the radiance of clarity and emptiness, the gate of knowing and clarity without turning into conceptualization, is the meditation of the Great Perfection of the state of reality, the gate of non-duality. The Superior Contemplator said: Inherent nature has no memory, Manifestations and thoughts have no acceptance or rejection, The stream of mind is exhausted and there is no consciousness, Simultaneous occurrence has no real mind. Thus, the state of constantly abiding in such a view is called meditation combining day and night, because it is the essence of non-differentiation between samsara and nirvana. Second, there are three methods of how to meditate: Holding the mind of gods and humans, the contemplation of Bodhisattvas, and the view of the Sugatas. The first is that at the time of the first action, one learns the union of calm and insight through various methods. There are seven types of these. Holding the mind on the white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A): In a secluded place, sit in the lotus position. Visualize a white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) at the tip of the nose, and imagine that it gradually extends outward when exhaling, and shrinks and comes back to rest at the tip of the nose when inhaling. If there is too much heat, then meditate on it as having a cool touch; if there is too much cold, then meditate on it as having a warm touch, and practice it. At first, the mind does not wander elsewhere, and one is focused on one point, which is calm abiding. Then, without clinging to the object of calm abiding, one achieves the union of calm and insight in samadhi that is unborn and free from all thoughts. Holding the mind on the syllable PHAṬ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ) to clear obstacles: Relax the body and mind, leave them in their natural state, and by uttering a strong PHAṬ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ), the awareness without any conceptualization is startled, and in the state of a clear
