复诵，以广大之光芒，如天空般遍布，与虚空等同。将一切众生之咒语，献给以死主阎罗为主的魔障与邪恶引导者。拿去，拿去，有力量者们！贪欲、仇恨与执着，记忆、执取、思念与智慧，释放、寂静、解脱吧！如此念诵，将五轮及其他一起放入大河之中，可遣除三年之死主。此法每三年应行一次。第二，分别遣除之法：上师或金刚兄弟在则为上等，若无，则由一位殊胜之人。以五大之种子字，于眼等诸根之门，如前灌顶，行补足誓言之仪轨。若指甲无光泽，则供养七位比丘，布施财物，受持戒律。若眼白消失，则制作与年龄相同数量之白色擦擦，以缘起性空咒语加持，绕行七圈后，放入大河之中，于未走年龄相同步数前，不可回头。若后颈生魔发，则以黑青稞面团制作食物，其中放入与年龄相同数量之隆塘石，并以自己之头发与血液涂抹于食物上，用破布包裹并染成黑色。从自己住所走一百二十一步，挖一个黑色三角形坑，念诵与年龄相同数量之山咒，念诵：“黑色魔鬼，拿走这个！”，重要！如此念诵三次，放入坑中，于其上排泄，不回头逃离。若肺部错乱，则于日落时面向西方，赤身裸体，于臀部插入狗尾巴，于前方排泄，吃一口粪便，发出三次狗叫声。又，若牙齿变脏，则面向东方，穿戴羊皮，发出三次羊叫声。若鼻梁塌陷，则行九处水源之沐浴，观想鼻尖为白色阿字，念诵二十一次阿字。伸展肢体，以金刚摧坏母之沐浴水沐浴，四肢与心，以及五大之种子字轮，如前。

Recite, with vast radiance, spreading like the sky, equal to the void. Dedicate the mantras of all beings to the obstructing forces and evil guides, led by the Lord of Death, Yama. Take it, take it, powerful ones! Greed, hatred, and attachment, memory, grasping, thought, and wisdom, release, pacify, and liberate! Thus reciting, placing the five wheels and others together into the great river, one can dispel the Lord of Death for three years. This practice should be performed once every three years. Secondly, the method of separately dispelling: If the Guru or Vajra brother is present, it is excellent; if not, then by an extraordinary person. With the seed syllables of the five elements, at the gates of the senses such as the eyes, as before, perform the empowerment and the ritual of fulfilling vows. If the fingernails lack luster, then offer food to seven monks, give donations, and take vows. If the whites of the eyes disappear, then make white tsha-tshas equal to the number of years, consecrate them with the mantra of dependent origination, circumambulate them seven times, and place them in the great river, without looking back until the number of steps equal to the age has been taken. If demonic hair grows on the back of the neck, then make a food offering of black barley flour, placing in it stones from Lungtang equal to the number of years, and smear the food with one's own hair and blood, wrap it in rags and dye it black. Walk one hundred and twenty-one steps from one's dwelling, dig a black triangular pit, recite the mountain mantra equal to the number of years, and say, "Black demon, take this!" Important! Recite this three times, place it in the pit, defecate on top of it, and flee without looking back. If the lungs are disordered, then at sunset, face west, strip naked, insert a dog's tail into the buttocks, defecate in front, eat a mouthful of feces, and bark three times like a dog. Also, if the teeth become dirty, then face east, wear a sheepskin, and bleat three times like a sheep. If the bridge of the nose collapses, then take a bath in the water of nine springs, visualize the white syllable Ah at the tip of the nose, and recite the Ah syllable twenty-one times. Stretch the limbs, bathe with the bathwater of Vajravidāraṇa, the four limbs and the heart, and the seed syllable wheels of the five elements, as before.
