Having gathered the others together, keep them secret and hidden, and bestow them completely upon the fortunate one. By this virtue, may all sentient beings of existence, fully enter into the supreme mandala of the Victorious Ones, may all without exception attain enlightenment, and may the two benefits for beings be spontaneously accomplished. At the neck of the snow mountain, white-topped, the essence of jewels, in the supreme place called Orgyen Dzong (Orgyen Dzong), having arranged this garland of precious empowerments, may the assemblies of fortunate ones in future generations rejoice. This is called the Garland of Precious Empowerments, completed by Padma Lasrel Tsal at the time of autumn when flowers and fruits ripen at the neck of the snow mountain, white-topped. Mangalam!
