Men are the same. The heart of a young, strong man who died by the sword. The bodhicitta of a man and woman who have not had intercourse, white and red, are four. One sindhura. Two ghiwams. Three amrita ensigns. Four: the life-heart written on blue paper mixed with gold and vermilion. One high-rimmed mirror. Two skulls facing down. Three bells. Four single pieces of skull. Five Vajravarahi tsa ka lis. Accumulate these. From the section on essential practice of transformation, there is no need to practice, accumulation accomplishes. རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ (Tibetan). This is accomplished by accumulating substances. Accomplishment and Sogpa occur simultaneously. This is the bottom of the treasury, the practice of substances. When practicing Dakini, practicing Tögäl, I will show the method of preparing for practice. This is the life-heart of the Dakini, the essential text to be held.
