或者没有获得解脱，普通众生死去时，没有认识到法性中阴的自性，因此从那里被业力所牵引，在名为“有之中阴”里，被业力所束缚而轮回，是具有意生身，具备所有感官，拥有无碍之身，如同鸟的羽毛被风吹动一般，轻快地、迅速地、来回地、普遍地游走。在这个时候，自己能看到自己的身体，比如像梦中的身体一样。看不到他人的身体，比如像窗户缝隙中的阳光尘埃一样显现。因此，积累善业的人，会转生到高处；积累恶业的人，会转生到恶道。一直如此轮回。这被称为轮回的连续不断。获得现量心髓的修行者，如果是上等根器，无需任何努力就能成佛；如果是中等根器，无需经历中阴就能成佛；如果是下等根器，也能在法性中阴中认识自性而不可能不成佛。再次获得最后的指示，凭借证悟真谛的关键，必定在化身佛土中无需经历中阴就能成佛。这是普贤王如来说的。中阴的教导非常深奥。从证悟法性现量的真谛中产生，为了有缘有业之人的利益，我莲花生所著。愿与有缘者的心子相遇！愿邬金（莲花生大师）的心子使用它！寂静中阴道之自性到此圆满。秘密印！封印！宝藏印！空行母印！ཨྠིྀཿ（藏文，अथि：，athi，如是），ཁ་ཐཾཿ（藏文，खं थं，kham tham，空性），མངྒ་ལཾཿ（藏文，मंगलम्，mangalam，吉祥）！《来自祖先的遗产中，龙钦饶降的著作集，（5）寂静中阴道之自性。》 - 第446页 -- 第447页 -- 第435页 -

Or, not having attained liberation, when ordinary beings die, they do not recognize the nature of the Dharmata Bardo. Therefore, from there, being driven by the force of karma, in what is called the "Bardo of Existence," they are bound by karma and wander around. This is having a mind-made body, complete with all senses, possessing a body that is unobstructed, like a bird's feather being moved by the wind, swiftly, quickly, back and forth, universally roaming and entering everywhere. At this time, one sees one's own body, like a body in a dream. One does not see the bodies of others, but they appear like dust motes in a sunbeam through a window. Therefore, those who have accumulated good karma will be born in higher realms; those who have accumulated bad karma will be born in lower realms. They continuously revolve in this way. This is called the continuous stream of samsara. The practitioner who has obtained the Manifest Heart Essence, if they are of the highest faculty, will attain Buddhahood without any effort; if they are of middling faculty, they will attain Buddhahood without going through the Bardo; even if they are of the lowest faculty, they will recognize their own nature in the Dharmata Bardo and it is impossible not to attain Buddhahood. Again, having received the final instruction, by the key point of seeing the truth, one will definitely attain Buddhahood in the Nirmanakaya Pure Land without going through the Bardo. This was said by Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra). The instructions on the Bardo are extremely profound. Arising from the realization of the truth of the Manifest Dharmata, for the benefit of those fortunate and karmically connected, written by me, Padma (Padmasambhava). May it meet with the heart-son of the karmically connected! May the heart-son of Orgyen (Padmasambhava) practice this! The Nature of the Peaceful Bardo Path is thus completed. Secret seal!
