Even if you can control and satisfy it, if you don't release it when the woman cannot give birth, then the vajra cannot be used for karma later, so release it. When releasing, also visualize the mandala of the yidam deities in the lotus and make offerings. Take a little of the remaining bindu and enjoy it yourself. This will prevent you from committing the sin of abandoning Bodhicitta. First, when happiness begins to arise, grab it and get used to it, then grab it from the vajra passage and get used to it, then grab it from the waist. Get used to it. There is no doubt that you can control it from your own bhaga. It is impossible for a person with perseverance not to be able to control it. This is the key instruction of the four empowerments that lead the lustful into the path.
