而获得自主。如此修持的证相是：如《摩尼宝鬘》所说：“证量即是四种坚定瑜伽。”以及《宝积经》所说：“以不变见之四坚定，亦能把握不思议之智慧量。”因此，有向上之二坚定与向下之二坚定。这些坚定之终点，即是圆满正等觉佛陀与现证圆满正等觉佛陀二者。圆满正等觉佛陀是：无余断尽蕴聚而证悟成佛。现证圆满正等觉佛陀是：示现光明、声音、身相、舍利，以及大地震动等外相而证悟成佛。现在是祈愿文的结尾：唉玛伙！甚深秘密心髓现量口诀是：无论谁触及，皆与寂灭实相相合。以八乘阿底之明点三圈，此诀窍并非仅是触及意义。空名智慧宗派众多，经续口诀虽多亦不见此诀窍。因此，虽与他法不同，然是甚深现量之要诀。此诀窍直接指示且讲述，有何不圆满？并非仅是言词随风飘扬。愿与具智慧、具悲心者相遇！愿触及此诀窍者，无余成就！对于贬低真谛之外道徒与无誓言者，以及诽谤大乘之小心量者，此诀窍不应示现。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！化身噶饶多杰为了未来具缘者，汇集经续与口诀之义，造作系缚解脱心要窍诀。感谢希日森哈，将此交付于我邬金莲花生。耶谢措嘉心中谨记。现在非是教法之时，我将此心要埋藏，为了后代之利益。愿与具业者相遇！愿其遣除一切众生之黑暗！系缚解脱心要窍诀现量心髓之口诀圆满了！善哉！出自《祖先的遗产》中，《龙钦饶绛全集》（第五函）《系缚解脱义窍》。第64页，第63-56页。

and attain self-mastery. The signs and measures of practicing in this way are: As the "Garland of Pearls" says: "The measure is the fourfold confidence yoga." And as the "Heap of Jewels" says: "With the fourfold confidence of unchanging view, one also grasps the measure of non-conceptual wisdom." Therefore, there are two upward confidences and two downward confidences. At the end of these confidences are the two: the perfectly complete Buddha and the manifestly perfectly complete Buddha. The perfectly complete Buddha is: becoming a Buddha by completely abandoning the aggregates. The manifestly perfectly complete Buddha is: becoming a Buddha by showing external signs such as light, sound, form, relics, and the shaking of the earth. Now is the conclusion of the aspiration prayer: Emaho! The direct instruction of the secret innermost essence is: Whoever touches it, unites with the actual reality of nirvana. With the three circles of bindus of the eight vehicles of Ati, this itself is not just touching the meaning. There are many empty names, wisdom schools, and although there are many tantras, agamas, and instructions, they do not see this key point. Therefore, although it is different from other methods, it is the key point of profound direct experience. This key point is directly indicated and explained, what is not complete? It is not just words spoken in the direction of the wind. May I meet with those who have wisdom, intelligence, and compassion! May whoever touches this key point achieve complete accomplishment! This key point should not be shown to those who denigrate the truth, to non-Buddhist heretics and those without vows, and to those of small mind who slander the Great Vehicle. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! The incarnate Garab Dorje, for the sake of fortunate beings in the future, summarized the meaning of the tantras and instructions, and composed the Key Instructions on the Essence of Liberation Through Connection. The kind Shri Singha entrusted this to me, Orgyen Padmasambhava. Yeshe Tsogyal held it in her heart. Since now is not the time for the teachings, I buried this heart essence for the benefit of future generations. May I meet with someone who has karma! May he dispel the darkness of all beings! The Key Instructions on the Essence of Liberation Through Connection, the instructions of the Direct Experience Heart Essence, are complete! Good!
