Wherever I was, I performed offerings and alms to each according to their needs, and through the blessings of these merits, my health improved slightly. The misfortunes that had occurred were gathered at Samye Monastery, and every year, offerings and reverence were made to the Sangha, which was like an ocean. Moreover, when I had not yet received a request from Rinpoche Gurupa, Dharma Lord Rinpoche had the thought in his mind that if he could offer tea to the Sangha in monasteries such as Kyimey, he would have liked to do so, but he passed away without fulfilling his wish. Now, my own service to Rinpoche, other things cannot be accomplished. The immaculate tradition of Dharma Lord Rinpoche cannot decline, and for the sake of fulfilling the wishes of Drungpa himself, in Samye Monastery, with the great Lama as the leader, offerings and alms were made to the Sangha, which was like an ocean. With Lama Tashi Pel as the head, a Tsok wheel was prepared for the people of Chimpu. Tsok wheels were also distributed in Jyamding, Riwoche Chumik, and other places. In the monasteries of Kyimey, tea was offered to the Sangha. In Gungtang Metok Chopa and Tsetang, tea was offered to the Sangha. After doing this, offerings were made with faith, and nothing was wasted. In that area, I encouraged my body, speech, and mind to do good, and I tried to benefit sentient beings as much as possible. In short, in the upper, lower, and water regions, north and south, I even used a single torma bowl to benefit sentient beings. To those who were slightly better than myself, I admired them with great desire, and with immeasurable reverence, I contemplated them as Buddhas. To those who were equal to myself, I also abandoned arrogance, hatred, and jealousy, and only contemplated pure appearances, vowing to regard them as my Guru. To those who were inferior to myself, I also abandoned hatred and contempt, and with love and impartial compassion, I tried to benefit them through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. In short, I stayed in a humble position, wore ragged clothes, and relied on asceticism and essential nutrients. I went to all places where it was said that Lamas, Geshes, spiritual friends, and virtuous people resided, and at their feet, I received the essence of their teachings, and practiced in special secluded places such as Chimpu.

By making diligence the essence, blessings and qualities corresponding to it have arisen slightly. From now on, all disciples who follow me should cultivate devotion to the Lama and the Three Jewels, perceive purity in those who are equal, and generate impartial love with the thought of parents towards those who are inferior. Through the union of compassion and Bodhicitta, they should extensively accomplish benefit. Furthermore, without partiality or attachment to the Lama and the Dharma, they should rely on holy Lamas who are learned and accomplished. By listening, cut off external clinging; by contemplation, cut off internal clinging; and by meditation, cut off all external, internal, and secret clinging. Then, in a secluded place, diligently practice with essence. By doing so, the Lama's blessings will enter your being, and when the Yidam and Dakinis bestow their blessings, endure the losses of body, speech, and mind, as well as the wrong views of people, in order to benefit others. Without mixing in selfish intentions, bear the great burden of upholding the precious Dharma, and in order to not let the traditions of the holy Lamas decline and to fulfill their wishes, abandon all worldly activities that are not in accordance with the Dharma, and diligently engage in all activities that are in accordance with the Dharma without discouragement. Please keep in mind to strive to accomplish the vast benefit of all sentient beings in an impartial manner. This was written by the Kusulu practitioner Sherab Gyatso, blessed by the great Yogic Empowerment Namkhai Nyingpo, at the request of Lama Dorsem, Lama Namrin, and Lama Sangye Gyaltsen, on the thirteenth day of the eighth month of the Tiger year, three thousand four hundred and twenty-six years after the Nirvana of the Buddha, in the auspicious secluded place of Chumik Pal (Chumik, now in Nangqian County, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province).
