Homage! This is the biography called "The Precious Spontaneous Liberation of Clear Light." Thus, adorned with supreme wonders, the noble Lama who, from the state of vast and perfect Great Perfection, is without a moment's distraction and causes the lotus to bloom. To that great and diverse spontaneous liberator, I requested the meanings of the Vajra Essence of Clear Light without any distortion. I served him to his satisfaction with the three practices of hearing, contemplation, and meditation, and with the three doors of body, speech, and mind. My homeland is called Yuru Zhungbe. I was born as the son of father Palgon Dar and mother Semo. From a young age, I had faith and a strong, extraordinary sense of renunciation and sorrow. When I was nine years old, while sitting on the lap of an aunt, I saw a renunciate with a dog skin wrapped around his waist. "I am not crazy, nor am I possessed. Just seeing the words 'Pray to the Lama' aroused renunciation. Please take me as your servant." After making this request, I followed him for several months. I requested the cycles of the Great Compassionate Palmo and recited the six-syllable mantra. In visions during meditation or dreams, I felt blessed. Unimaginable love and compassion arose for beings. In Zhung, I received the lay vows and full ordination from Lama Sonam Gyaltsen. I requested Vajrapani Tummo, Drowa Zangmo, and Hevajra Lhenkyé, and after doing a little recitation, signs appeared. Then, at the age of twenty-five, I went to Zulphu. From Khenchen Zulphuwa and Lopon Shakya Dondrup, I received the full Bhikshu ordination. From Lopon Shakya Dondrup, I learned the Vinaya Root Text. From the noble Lama Shakya Sherab, I received Lhenchik Kyéjor, the Four Symbolic Teachings of Tilopa, Tummo Zhag Dunma, Mila's Tummo Guidance, the Three Cycles of Mountain Dharma, the Thirteen-Deity Hevajra, Lama Drubpa, and the empowerment of Opening the Eyes of the Blind. Since I had no material offerings, I offered the practice as worship for seven months and meditated. I saw the nature of mind free from elaboration. The Lama was very pleased and said, "You will benefit beings and shine with light."

He was very happy. At that time, he relied on barley and essence-extracting pills, and his clothes also relied on a dog skin and a piece of coarse cloth, taking practice as the core. He went to Lhasa to pay homage to the precious Lama, and asked for water to drink. After drinking water for a summer, the Lama said that he had great perseverance and treated him with great compassion. He developed extraordinary faith and thought that the Lama was an incarnation, so he prayed: Alas, alas, protector incarnation! We sentient beings of the six realms! In beginningless and endless time, Like the turning of a confused water wheel, Adorned with unbearable suffering, In the long torment of being unable to escape, Please draw us with the hook of compassion. In Chuzang, he requested from Lama Dampa Drakpa Sherab, the Nigu Six Dharmas, the Six-Armed Protector, and the Dakini cycle, which were transmitted from Dzogchen Lama Zhung. He developed the intention of not caring about this life. In Sinpo Ri, he studied the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Two Examinations, the Phowa Sholpo tradition, the Sakya school's Single Hero Protector, and the Black and Yellow Protectors from Teacher Drakpa Sherab. He learned Kunrig, Other-Benefit All-Seeing, and offered pure devotion with body, speech, and mind inseparable. At the feet of Khenpo Sodshe of Jedingpa, he received the transmission of the Six Yogas of the Buddha's tradition, as well as the initiation of the Seventeen Taras with completion stage, the Medicine Buddha Sutra ritual, the Single Hero Destroyer, and Sme Tseg, and the Lama was very kind to him. From Khenpo Ade Gewa, he requested the Kadampa Lamrim, the Mind Training empowerment, the Zhije Ma So Kam Three, and the permission of Protector Aghora. He went to Lhodrak Shar and requested the Co-emergent Union of Götsangpa, the Eight Great Instructions, and the Essence of Dependent Arising from Lama Nalungpa, the reincarnation of Chöje Götsangpa, and practiced single-pointedly for seven months. He lived in poverty, with only a bowl of porridge, and only prayed, developing a strong determination to abandon the desires of this life. He went to Lhodrak Kharchu for pilgrimage and received some Dharma connections from some Lamas. In Lhamo Nang, an eighty-year-old Lama named Lhamo Kharwa
