It weakens the power of disease. If you place both elbows on your knees and lift from the armpits, it will balance hot and cold, providing nourishment. That is, the lion above is intended to overcome all fears, the elephant is intended to eliminate the impurities of the three realms, and this is intended to purify the transformation of impurities and karma. The posture of the vulture is to experience the suffering of the form aggregate with the mind of the body. With both soles of the feet touching the ground, it suppresses the scattering karma wind. With the hips not touching the ground, it empties the limits of habitual karma. Bending the upper body forward causes the wisdom within the channels to manifest. Extending both hands to the sides and contracting the lower body reverses the karma wind of the four elements. This is intended to practice the skill of touch. Sitting with the body in the vajra posture, with the soles of the feet joined together, causes the male and female winds to unite, blending karma and wisdom, thereby grasping the basis of reality. With both heels pressed against the secret place, it empties the basis of desire karma. Straightening the body completely empties the various wandering winds. Joining the palms at the crown of the head is to practice the essential points of the body. All these transcendents are the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, the pure and beautiful adornment of the Buddha-field, the five wisdoms are the basis of the Sambhogakaya, and the utterly equal and immovable is the basis of the Dharmakaya. The five Tathagatas, possessing the six superknowledges that know the world, taming beings is considering the Shravakas, changing direction is considering the outsiders, the teacher of gods and humans is the two form bodies, the Arhat is considering the Pratyekabuddha, the exhaustion of defilements is considering the Bodhisattva, and the knowledge and conduct are measured by the aspect of wisdom to assess the inclinations of those to be tamed. Truth and so on are the circumstances of the Dharmakaya, which is the part of appearance. Immeasurable is the Nirmanakaya. Samsara and so on are what the fortunate should believe, which is the meaning of knowing. The way an elephant looks is to look roundly, thereby seeing the realm of reality. The way a lion jumps is to look directly, thereby seeing awareness. The Garuda looks upwards, thereby seeing the body. The sage looks forward.

Looking up, one sees light; an elephant looking down sees a bindu. Iron hooks, when joined together and looked at, reveal a circle. A man looking up sees the yidam. A fox looking down sees the wisdom of dharmadhatu. A vulture looking sideways sees the pure land. A giant looking to the left sees the Shravakas. An insect looking to the right sees the Pratyekabuddhas. A tigress looking sideways sees the Bodhisattvas. Thus, seeing and abiding, the dual ground and so on are the stages of experiencing those things. Not reverting, first, by instructing the Dharmakaya, one gains mastery over the unborn nature of one's own mind; second, by instructing the Sambhogakaya, one gains mastery over the unceasing nature of one's own mind; third, by instructing the Nirmanakaya, one gains mastery over the unmoving nature of one's own mind. Thus, having gained mastery over the three, the body is liberated from the desire realm, cutting off the desire for food, and establishing the basis of complete purity. Speech is liberated from the form realm, attaining the path of complete liberation. Mind is liberated from the formless realm, reaching the unchanging, completely pure ground. Thus, liberating the three, one obtains the stable Vajra of Body, manifesting and obtaining the Vajra of Speech, abiding and obtaining the Vajra of Mind. Having obtained these, from the Vajra-like Body, various Buddha-fields of Body arise; from the Lotus-like Speech, various speech syllables arise; from the Wheel-like Mind, countless samadhis arise. Thus, the three Kayas are complete, hence called Buddha; the three Vaks are blazing, hence called conceptual thoughts; the three Cittas are activities, hence called intention. Moreover, the inexhaustible Body, Speech, and Mind are called the basis of the completely pure Wheel of Ornament. The place and the distinction of entering, the path and the cutting of its errors, thus transforming appearances, with the offering of a great feast, to the Guru and the Guru's retinue, and to all the consorts, if someone makes a feast, then even if one pleases all the Buddhas for countless eons, one cannot exhaust even a fraction of this merit. If one touches the pores of the Guru's skin with sandalwood, then this has limitless merit. Likewise, one's own Vajra brothers, one or two or three, or even hundreds or thousands

None. Who has made the feast of the Tsog? If it is not the time of empowerment, offering to one's own guru is better than doing countless hundreds of thousands of merits. Just doing such a merit once, is beyond the measure of wisdom. By making the yogis happy with a rich feast of food and drink, all goodness will be accomplished, and one will be liberated from all sins. If a Vajra sister, or a disciple of the guru, makes the assembly of Yoginis happy with a feast of Tsog, it is better than making nine hundred Tsog offerings to the eight classes of Matri goddesses or the pig-faced goddess at the wrong time. At this time, even if one gives a Yogini a little food, drink, or just water, this merit is incomparable. Therefore, one should go to the city of the Matri goddesses and make the Yoginis happy. If one offers to both the male and female yogis, merged in equality, one will obtain such a siddhi, possessing rare and excellent qualities. For the sake of wishes in this life, and for enjoying the realm of wisdom in the next life, who can become the various masters of the accomplishments of the Dakinis? One is able to be free in the sky and in conduct, together with the retinue. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning in Chinese) From "Legacy of the Ancestors."
