When the self-arisen appearance of po arises, the essence, nature, and compassion of all dharmas, which are exhausted in their own place, appear as the state of being unmanifest, inseparable, and inexhaustible, as the basis being vast, the pervading being vast, and the accomplishment being vast. All of this is self-liberated, self-appearing, and self-liberated. Therefore, there is no change in time, gathered at the edge and center, and all actions are not in vain. The appearance itself is the self-knowing of itself. In the appearance of great self-knowing, there is nothing, but it appears as the state of appearing in anything. There is no cause from the appearance itself. Therefore, one's own place is purified by one's own cause. There is no purification and no going. Since there is no source of the first coming, the traces of the last going cannot be followed. Just as one sky merges into another, without before or after, the two are inseparably mixed. The three times come equally. This cannot be grasped by words. Words cannot represent any aspect of it. Therefore, the single essence of knowing and not knowing is not divided into various differences. This is devoid of experience. Like the dream of a mute, like the sunrise in a cloudless sky, like a rainbow naturally disappearing in the sky, it is separated from the base, symbols, and entities. This transcends all symbols. It is separated from speech and sound words. It dwells in unaccomplished, clear awareness, emptiness. The re-opening of the Maru letters, the hidden key, the great clarity is complete.
