Om! The disappearance of the violent sound of wind in the ears is when the ears become flat; this cannot be prevented within the course of three thousand winds. The cessation of the memory wind in the tongue is when unprecedented black spots appear on the tongue; this will certainly lead to death within one day. The sign of weakened strength in the inhaled wind is clenched teeth; this will lead to death within six days. The sign of the pacification of the non-conceptual wind in the lineage is when the pulse outside the little finger does not change; this will lead to death within half a month. The sign of the stagnation wind becoming dull is when the nipples of the chest gradually sink; this will not survive beyond sixteen days. The sign of the continuous cessation of the city of elements that make up the body is the loss of luster in the fingernails; this will occur within six days. Thus, the sixteen signs of death are external signs, used to examine the bodies of others. Now, I will show ten methods to deceive these signs: If oneself or another needs protection, for coarse breathing, visualize a white अ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) on the cheeks and focus the wind and mind on it. The sign of being protected is correcting the tilted cheeks. When the sign of the nose appears, visualize a white हुं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) on the tip of the nose and reverse it by focusing the wind and mind on it. The method of completely reversing these signs applies to all situations. When the sign of the eyes appears, visualize a white ह (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) on the eyes. For the sign of the cheeks, do it with अ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). For the sign of the ears, do it with फट् (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat). For the sign of the tongue, do it with a collection of vowel letters. The instruction of mixing letters and wind is very important. Iti! This is the most supreme and profound instruction of the wind mantra. If one is always accustomed to this, one will obtain supreme and common siddhis, and also obtain the fruit of emptiness. The wind guidance, which is learning in the subsequent bindu, is the fruit of non-attachment. Iti! May I meet a fortunate one! This is a treasure born from treasure! Completed!
