增益力量，胜利幢。 增益力量，胜利幢。 ༄། ། 救度母遣除一切违缘事业法，如意宝藏中：增益力量，胜利幢即（安插风马之法，如是安住）。顶礼圣救度母！从不可思议之智慧中，为了利益有情之殊胜口诀，增长福德权势之方便，开示树立胜利幢之方法。前行准备，安排缘起；正行以三摩地真言摄持；后取誓言成就。以三种方式归纳口诀。首先，坛城之事为：陈设圣母之身语意所依；安置宝座、伞盖及供品；主要为救度母之坛城与，极度胜利之坛城，真实或观想陈设表相。东方绿色，南方红色，西方白色，北方方位安置蓝色。或者四隅做黄色，其上放置四座食子，四堆谷物，各置四只装满精华之宝瓶，各自书写字条，陈设供品。以金山、嬉水海生起五大；以楼阁、幢幡生起身命；以虎、狮、鹏、龙、骏马，令五部主尊欢喜；以虚空生起和谐之缘起；以盔甲、弓箭生起男护法；以箭羽、饰品生起女护法；以明镜、班扎生起权势；以珍宝谷物生起福德；以缘起会供，恢复权势与衰损之风马。第二，物质之调配为：１、百处圣地之土水与；２、百座大山之鲜花与；３、百位上师之香药与；４、百位出家之坐垫与；５、百位咒师之誓物与；６、百位童子之柳枝与；７、百位富翁之谷物与；８、百座王宫之房灰与；９、百位农妇之乳汁与；１０、百匹良驹之鬃毛，乃增长权势之千种物品。招男运，用勇士之发；招女运，用空行母之发；方便之殊胜物，菖蒲与；智慧之朱砂红。东方鼠、龙、猴三者，命树为翠柏玉叶与；续命阿如拉金黄色与；权势之花海生节；命石为绿色滑石；南方猪、羊、兔三者，命树为红色桑树与；

Empowerment Victory Banner. Empowerment Victory Banner. ༄། ། From the Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Trove of the Tara Who Eliminates All Discordant Circumstances: The Empowerment Victory Banner, namely (the method of planting the wind horse, thus it abides). Homage to Arya Tara! From inconceivable wisdom, for the benefit of sentient beings, the supreme instruction, the means of increasing merit and power, the method of erecting the victory banner is taught. Preliminary preparations, arrange auspicious connections; the main practice is to seize with samadhi mantra; afterwards, take vows and attainments. The instructions are summarized in three ways. First, the activity of the mandala is: arrange the body, speech, and mind supports of the Holy Mother; arrange thrones, umbrellas, and offerings; mainly the mandala of Tara and, the mandala of utmost victory, actually or visualized, arrange the symbols. East green, south red, west white, north direction arrange blue. Or make the four corners yellow, on which place four torma, four piles of grain, each with four vases filled with essence, each writing a note, arrange offerings. Generate the elements with golden mountains and playful seas; generate body and life with mansions and banners; with tiger, lion, garuda, dragon, and steed, please the five chief deities; generate harmonious auspicious connections with the sky; generate male protectors with armor, bows, and arrows; generate female protectors with arrows and ornaments; generate power with mirrors and bandhas; generate merit with precious grains; with auspicious gatherings, restore power and diminished wind horse. Second, the combination of substances is: 1. Earth and water from a hundred great sacred places; 2. Flowers from a hundred great mountains; 3. Fragrant medicines from a hundred great lamas; 4. Sitting cushions from a hundred ordained monks; 5. Vows from a hundred mantra practitioners; 6. Willow branches from a hundred youths; 7. Grains from a hundred wealthy people; 8. House dust from a hundred royal palaces; 9. Milk from a hundred farming women; 10. Manes from a hundred fine horses, are a thousand items for increasing power. To attract male fortune, use the hair of a hero; to attract female fortune, use the hair of a dakini; the supreme substance of skillful means, calamus and; the red cinnabar of wisdom. For the three of the east, rat, dragon, and monkey, the life tree is cypress with jade leaves; the life-sustaining arura is golden; the power flower is the sea monster's claw; the life stone is green soapstone; for the three of the south, pig, sheep, and rabbit, the life tree is red acacia;
