祈请迅速顺利成就！诸佛乃是一切之，身语意之加持，二种成就生起处，赐予朵玛大灌顶。于十字尾部：ཀཱ་ལ་ཝཱ་ཀི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），如是安放朵玛于四处。观想朵玛之天尊化光融入汝等。共同连接及念诵吉祥祈愿文。如主尊一般等受持誓言。献曼扎，献身。作回向，灌顶次第完成。之后，上师享用荟供，布施剩余，直至回向吉祥等，亦如仪轨之次第而行。虽有新旧教言传承诸多，然此迅速加持能力著称。如今对此需求甚多，故思为彼等之入门而著。莫为显现之散乱所欺骗于外，于内根除我执，无有顾忌了知。自显现摄为己用，乃至他众亦，能作度脱，愿如度母此尊！如是，意伏藏之自权连接，往昔父子所作甚多，然此安住于此，故嘉瓦之子莲花自在力长久劝请，然处于懈怠，之后为应所需，莲花舞自在法业调伏众生力于宗雪（རྫོང་ཤོད་，音：Zongxue）德谢杜巴（བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པ，音：Dexie Dupa）之前所作，善妙增上！ 意伏藏度母秘密修持之灌顶，最胜普利有情心之甘露。

Please grant that it may be accomplished swiftly and easily! The Buddhas are the source of all blessings of body, speech, and mind, the place where the two kinds of accomplishments arise. Bestow the great empowerment of the torma. At the end of the ten syllables: Kāla vāki citta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Thus, place the torma in four places. Visualize that the deities of the torma dissolve into light and merge into you all. Recite auspicious prayers with common connections. Uphold the vows as the main deity. Offer the mandala, offer the body. By making dedications, the empowerment sequence is completed. Afterwards, the master enjoys the tsok, gives away the leftovers, and performs the dedication of merit and auspiciousness, following the order of the ritual. Although there are many old and new teachings and traditions, this one is known for its swift power of blessing. Nowadays, there is a great demand for this, so I have written it thinking of it as an entry point for them. Do not be deceived outwardly by the distractions of appearances, but inwardly cut off self-grasping and realize without hesitation. May we subdue our own appearances and also have the power to liberate others, like this Tara! Thus, the connection of the self-authority of the mind treasure, which was made by the father and son in the past, is mostly based on this. Therefore, Gyalwa's son, Padma Wang Drak, has been urging for a long time, but it has been left in a state of laziness. Later, for the sake of necessity, Padma Gar Gyi Wangchuk Trinley Dro Dul Tsal performed it in front of Dzongshod Deshek Dupa. May virtue and excellence increase! The supreme empowerment of the secret practice of Tara, the mind treasure, the nectar of benefit for all beings.
