Visualize yourselves clearly as the Bhagavan Lokeshvara, and abiding in this, with the father descending cause and the mother stabilizing result, at the culmination of the sixteen joys, manifestly see the co-emergent example wisdom. With a sindhura dot, write the joy swirling in the three places, the secret of bliss, great compassion's method; the all-supreme, perfectly endowed emptiness, mother's space; co-emergent bodhicitta's forward and reverse flow; may the four joys, wisdom, and jnana obtain power. At the end of the ten syllables: ཨེ་བཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). Thus, in the secret sindhura mandala, obtain the empowerment of wisdom jnana. Purify the extremely subtle obscurations of bindus. Have power to meditate on the path of transforming into a messenger. Be made fortunate to accomplish the heart vajra of the result. At the end of the vase empowerment, as an auspicious sign for body blessings, visualize the deity in front, touching with the second wisdom mudra, dissolving from the crown of the head. Place Tara's body on the crown of the head. All the victorious ones are the sovereign rulers of the noble realm; the activity is the self-essence of the samaya Tara; by empowering you with the deity's body mudra; may you obtain the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Ten syllables. ཀཱ་ལ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). From today onwards, constantly meditate on the generation stage of the noble mother, and may all appearances be nailed down with the peg of the deity's body mudra. At the end of the secret empowerment, please visualize this for bestowing the lung of mantra recitation: from the heart of the deity in front, the Bhagavati, a second mantra garland breaks off. Coming out from the mouth, it enters your mouths, which are clear as deities. Abide at the end of the heart essence syllable ཏཱྃ་. Visualize radiating and gathering light, accomplishing both purposes, and recite this mantra after. String the mala and recite the ten syllables three times. Visualize making it stable. Place the mala and rosary at the throat. Clearly manifest in the generation stage, the illusory body of emptiness; recite thousands of vidya mantras like a stream of water; may all sounds be the vajra speech of the noble mother; may you obtain the empowerment of manifest blessings and power. From today onwards, diligently recite like a stream of water, so that all sounds are the heart essence mantra, and radiate and gather in samadhi.

To complete the wisdom empowerment, introduce the self-arisen, ultimate wisdom: The realm of primordial purity, clear as crystal, the radiance of the peacock's feathers is the spontaneously accomplished path of luminous clarity, the union of the ten syllables, the indivisibility of the realm and awareness. With these symbols, may you rest in the realm of self-awareness, primordial purity, free from elaboration, luminous clarity, spontaneously perfect, vast and all-encompassing. The ten syllables, crystal, peacock's radiance, A! Self-awareness, free from characteristics, primordial emptiness, Spontaneously accomplished wisdom, like a rainbow, Appearance and emptiness inseparable, great bliss uncreated, May you attain the supreme empowerment of the power of awareness! At the end of the ten syllables: Dharmadhātujñāna abhiṣiñca ā (Tibetan, Devanagari: धर्माधातुज्ञान अभिषिञ्च आ, Romanized Sanskrit: dharmadhātujñāna abhiṣiñca ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Realm of reality, wisdom, empowerment, A). From now on, rest in the meaning of reality, may all conceptual thoughts be nailed down with an unwavering nail. In the lotus of the Torma vessel, visualize the Torma itself as Swift Acting Arya Tara, surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, coming to the crown of your heads. From body, speech, and mind, a stream of light nectar descends, entering from the crown of the head, filling the entire body, thereby purifying the four obscurations, generating the faith of obtaining the four empowerments in one place. I pray to the Bhagavan Arya Tara, Guru Padmasambhava, Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal, the Lord Brahma Lhai Metog, Rigdzin Thugkyi Dorje, and all the root and lineage Lamas, as well as the Yidams, peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, and Dharma protectors, please grant empowerment to these Vajra disciples.
