以成就所愿之仪轨为根本，依据大圆满仪轨的词句，圆满诸位成就上师的教言和口诀，毫无遗漏地整理成可以念诵的形式。此乃诞生于大藏区中心，康区噶陀金刚座辖地，持有说法者形象，于释迦教法中清净修持，名为持金刚智者，即是具足无间断世间自在观世音菩萨大悲之力的才旺诺布，于第十二饶迥水狗年（1742年）仲冬月上弦空行母会集之吉日良辰，在东方工布地区莲花生大师圣地娘喀古茹白玛的圣地炯巴隆开始动笔，在各个时段稍作书写，最终在腊月初一，日、火、四星宿吉祥会合之日完成。愿一切吉祥！善哉！善哉！善哉！善哉！ 吉祥时轮金刚、金刚萨埵、黑汝嘎、怖畏金刚、空行母网、大圆满坛城的修法，殊胜金刚宝光芒四射。

Based on the 'Accomplishment-Wishing' ritual as the foundation, and relying on the words and instructions of accomplished masters of the Great Perfection ritual, this has been compiled into a readable format without any omissions. This was written by Tshewang Norbu, also known as Jigten Wangchuk, who was born in the central region of Greater Tibet, in the Katok Dorje Den area of Kham, who holds the form of a Dharma speaker, practices purely in the teachings of Shakya, and is named a Vajra Wisdom Holder. With the glory of the uninterrupted stream of compassion of the Lord of the World, Avalokiteshvara, he began writing in the Jonpa Lung, the great sacred place of Guru Padmasambhava in Nyangkha Guru Pema in the Kongpo region of the East, on an auspicious day with good constellations, the gathering of dakinis, in the waxing moon of the winter month of the twelfth Rabjung Water Dog year (1742), writing a little at each session, and finally completed it on the first day of the waxing month of the twelfth month, on the auspicious conjunction of the sun, fire, and four stars.
