What is above the neck? May the impurities of the body be cleansed, may the vase empowerment be obtained, and may the purity of ornaments and attire be remembered. What is above the throat? May the impurities of speech be cleansed, may the secret empowerment be obtained, and may the purity of the five chakras be remembered. What is above the heart? May the impurities of mind be cleansed, may the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge be obtained, and may the purity of the six sense sources be remembered. What is above the soles of the feet? May the impurities of the three doors be cleansed, and may the four empowerments be obtained. Visualize the remaining water flowing upwards, with Amitabha adorning the head. Then, the five families of lords and consorts, heroes and heroines, wrathful deities, all residing in the sky in front, dissolve into oneself, inseparable. In the indestructible, ultimate life, remain in the state of self-awareness, profound clarity, free from elaboration, and great bliss, as it is. If self-entry is repeated, accumulate as much as possible. In any case, uphold the tenets and vows, and adorn the end well with mandala offerings, body offerings, dedication, aspiration prayers, and auspiciousness. If one continuously strives in this way, sins and obscurations will be pacified, mantra vows will be purified, merit will increase, longevity will be extended, aging will not afflict, and special samadhi will arise. In short, all adverse conditions will be pacified, all favorable conditions will increase, and one will quickly obtain the great longevity empowerment and the supreme vidyadhara state, etc. Because the temporary and ultimate benefits are inconceivable, one should strive diligently. If one needs to perform the longevity empowerment for others, please remain here, and the ritual will be as usual. In any case, finally, visualize the deities of the mandala generated in the vase, as well as other guests, such as the guru, yidam, Buddha, bodhisattva, shravaka, pratyekabuddha, aryas, heroes, dakinis, dharma protectors, guardians, like a dense cloud mass, clearly in the sky in front with faith, and then satisfy them with offerings. Bless the offerings with the mantras of Om Ah Hum and the Namaka Dzö mantra, and offer and praise them in a way of gratitude. That is: Hum, offering the eight qualities of water and the seven royal emblems, possessing the five desirable qualities, offering the outer offerings. Offering the five goddesses, song, dance, medicine, alcohol, and torma, offering the inner offerings of union and liberation from the five poisons. Clarifying the eight consciousness aggregates, the four joys, bliss and emptiness, offering the secret offerings possessing the five wisdoms. Om Guru Ayu Jnana Hum Bhrum Nrih Dzah Siddhi Pala Hum Amarani Jivante Ye Svaha. Śrī ta rakta bhalinta hūṃ hrīḥ tha ya. The three vajras are truly indivisible embodiments. Endowed with the five wisdoms, great bliss. Immortal life's mandala deity. I prostrate and praise the three roots. Thus it is. Then, to request forgiveness for the accumulation of offenses: Whatever has not been obtained, or has been damaged, Whatever I, with my ignorant mind, Have done, or have caused to be done, May the protector forgive all of that. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra three times. Then, to request departure: Please grant me the supreme accomplishment. Grant the fruits of all samādhis. To all sentient beings, whatever they desire, Also grant the unsurpassed accomplishment. Again, for the sake of departing, Depart to your own place, Vajra Muḥ. Thus it is. Some esteemed ones hold that the wisdom beings depart and the samaya beings are gathered, but in the context of general and specific unsurpassed mantras, from the method of invitation, The root mandala, samaya and wisdom inseparable, gathering into one's own heart, the oral instruction of the supreme protector, like a drop of nectar, is an extremely precious instruction. At the end of that, waving the arrow banner together with the vajra. Oṃ, the body of the body dissolves into the body. The five aggregates completely dissolve. Āḥ, the speech of the speech dissolves into the speech. The supreme power of the tongue dissolves. Hūṃ, the mind of the mind dissolves into the mind. Self-arisen wisdom dissolves into the mind. Auspicious day, auspicious night. Day and night, always auspicious. May auspiciousness be upon the fortunate ones. May the essence of the sun and moon become clear. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Jñāna Hūṃ He. Thus, taste the nectar. Also, enjoy the other substances of accomplishment and life in sequence. Then, holding flowers with palms joined. Oṃ, may it be accomplished, may it be auspicious, the vajra body is free from birth and death. The speech of Brahmā is unceasing, eternal, the vajra speech. The mind free from elaboration is the mind unchanging in the three times. Endowed with the immortal body, speech, and mind, The king of drum sounds, the guide of the victorious ones, Amitābha. May body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity be accomplished. May we complete our life and practice, And may we act for the benefit of vast beings. Thus, recite the aspiration, the vajra words, three times. Even if others always recite it, the blessing is extremely great. Furthermore, make extensive dedication, aspiration, and auspiciousness. The activities after the mandala should be in accordance with the general secret ritual.

It should be done like this. Thus, the mandala of the immortal victors is supreme, and what is expressed is the nature of the three vajras. Approaching is self-generation, practice is front generation, and action is the blessing of self-entry, the supreme order. The unerring essence of the secret intention of the King of Oddiyana, the Jetsun Lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the stream of nectar that comes from the vase of his heart, is a wish-fulfilling jewel for fortunate beings, rare and wonderful here. In this way, I engage in practice with devotion, and the accumulation of virtue is solely for the purpose of fulfilling the intention of the face of Amitabha and the glorious Lama. With whatever power of dedication, may it destroy all the suffering of beings equal to space, and may the great joy, the unchanging sweetness of bliss, be fully experienced like Amitabha, may it be attained soon, and may the protector be pleased! This is the ritual of self-generation, front generation, recitation, and self-entry of Amitayus, the immortal vajra knot, arranged in order by the supreme protector, the great Padmasambhava Dechen Lingpa, the Chakravartin of all Vidyadharas, who personally performed the auspicious words of self-entry. The supplement here is made by the son born from the Dharma of that protector, empowered in the principles of inner and outer wisdom, who is known as the Katok Tulku in all parts of the snowy land, the yogi Tsewang Norbu Dorje Palbar, in the water-pig year (1923), on the first day of the waxing moon of the middle month, at the confluence of the Brahma-increasing son Rohita River, on the right side, in Kongyul (Gongjue County, Tibet), the essence of the land, the charnel ground of light, the lotus heap.
