聚集食物财富神鬼人三者，凶恶的敌魔化为尘土扬，委托之事迅速成办祈请成。 吼！祈请护田空行眷属垂念听。 我等瑜伽士因无明未觉故，根本身语意及支分之誓言，失坏之处忏悔懊恼皆发露。 伟大之吉祥热玛德，为护处所宝藏龙王女之相，一药母至尊于印度示现身，真实义即圆满正觉之自性，为调伏所化善巧方便而行持，未觉傲慢执持之处皆忏悔。 虽已逝世然为守护教法故，世间示现善恶取舍之相，教敕眷属奴仆不驯凶暴所围绕，汝等心意相违之处皆忏悔。 誓言物不清净，精华朵玛耽误时，供品微少加持不能够，仪轨不净，咒语手印错，定不清晰，念诵之次第衰损， 懒惰因缘，掉举昏沉所蒙蔽，为散乱所缚，违背所立誓言，如是等等违背错谬罪堕诸，于黑咒母至尊眷属前忏悔。 清净明智诸神不喜悦所生，不净灶垢争斗喧嚣与， 誓言失坏，寡妇死尸麻风阴影所染，污秽残食衣食受用杂乱故， 守护神不喜悦所成之事皆， 皆忏悔，祈愿清净且洁净。 于修行之境域寂静之处所，于土地水石树木成凶煞者， 不知挖掘搅动翻动砍伐及， 与意不合心意相违之事皆， 坚母眷属之前皆忏悔发露， 祈请宽恕息灭恶心。 我因无有如是知晓之威力， 故于神药父母姊妹教敕眷属等， 依止供养，然各自相应之物， 未备，内外供品混杂及， 清净污秽混杂等，与种类不合者， 以佛塔之物作为供品等， 污垢气味污秽衰损与会众混杂等， 相违之事皆于神药眷属之， 眼前懊恼忏悔皆发露， 祈请宽恕并赐予梵天之成就。 其他

Great and glorious Remati, To protect the sacred sites and treasures, appearing as the daughter of the Naga King, The one medicine Jomo, manifesting in India, Is in truth the very nature of complete enlightenment. To tame the tamable, you skillfully employ various means. We confess our ignorance and arrogance in not recognizing this. Though you have passed into nirvana, to protect the teachings, You manifest in the world, accepting and rejecting good and bad, Surrounded by a retinue of servants and unruly, fierce beings. We confess all actions that have displeased you. Unclean substances used for vows, neglecting the essence of torma offerings, Insufficient offerings, unable to bless them properly, Impure rituals, mistakes in mantras and mudras, Unclear samadhi, flaws in the recitation sequence, Overcome by laziness, drowsiness, and dullness, Bound by distractions, violating the vows we have taken, All such transgressions, errors, and downfalls, We confess before the Black Mantra Jomo and her retinue. Actions that displease the pure and wise deities, Such as uncleanliness, kitchen waste, fighting, and noise, Violation of vows, contact with widows, corpses, leprosy, and defilement, Impure remnants of food, clothing, and chaotic behavior, All actions that displease the protectors, We confess and purify, cleansing our hearts. In the solitary places and remote regions where we practice, Disturbing the powerful earth, water, stones, and trees, Unknowingly digging, stirring, overturning, and cutting them, All actions that are not in harmony with your mind, We confess and acknowledge before the Stable Mother and her retinue. Please forgive us and pacify your wrathful minds. As I lack the power to know everything, I beseech the deities, medicine deities, fathers, mothers, siblings, and retinue, To rely upon and worship you with substances appropriate to each, Lacking completeness, mixing inner and outer offerings, Mixing pure and impure substances, Offering objects that are not of the same kind, Using stupa objects as offerings, Mixing defiled substances, odors, decay, and gatherings, All such conflicting actions, before the deities and medicine deities and their retinue, We regretfully confess and acknowledge.
