Formerly, Rigdzin Pema Thötreng appointed the secret entrustment of the command as the holder of the treasury. With vows to protect the lineage, I praise with reverence the Indian goddess Mäncik. The four classes of goddesses who listen to commands and perform actions, along with their retinues of medicine women, steadfast mothers, local deities, gods, nagas, yakshas, demons, nomadic women, planets, and tsen spirits, I praise all of them along with their retinues. Please accept this torma adorned with samaya substances, protect the precious teachings of the Buddha, be unwavering allies to those who uphold their vows and act in accordance with Dharma, and accomplish the four activities without obstruction. May the secret mantra teachings flourish in this place, may the activities of teaching, listening, contemplation, and practice increase without decline, may the fruits of experience and realization ripen quickly, may the command be powerful, the blessings vast, the duration long, and the activities accomplished.
