如教我守護，念誦三遍。第二十一個是奉獻酬謝的曼扎，為了彌補獲得圓滿灌頂的恩德，將輪涅的一切事物化為普賢供養廣大雲聚，獻上酬謝的曼扎。第二十二個是奉獻為僕，為了身受用三時善資糧及教法和有情，將自己奉獻給種姓之主壇城本尊眾，想著從部分享用，請跟著我念誦。從今開始我為僕，我將自己獻於您，願您攝受我為弟子，也請享用我的部分。念誦三遍。第二十三個是迴向發願，如此從獲得灌頂所生的善根，以及自己和遍布虛空的無餘有情的三世善根匯集為一，完全迴向於不住大菩提，並想著以甚深法門成辦自他如虛空般的利益，請跟著我念誦。充滿虛空界的一切諸佛菩薩，伴隨著真實語音的響徹，壽命自在智慧之花，金剛形狀如雨般降下融入身體，祈願你們的身體以金剛盔甲覆蓋，並且堅不可摧。 吽！ 祈請浩瀚無量不死壽命本尊眾，祈請灌頂受用修持之善資糧，無邊眾生解脫非時死，願速證無量壽佛之果位。念誦一遍。第二十四個是吉祥祈願， 吽！ 吉祥賜予壽命之光彩無量壽， 大樂自在壽命蓮花王， 不死持明蓮花生， 三身壽命本尊賜吉祥壽命， 大樂蓮花金剛力， 力量自在壽命本尊馬王， 壽命手印天女作明母， 三根本壽命本尊賜吉祥壽命， 發起殊勝心壽命無障礙， 修持之時壽命本尊賜成就， 終極證得不死金剛勝妙身， 三時善妙之吉祥賜壽命， 僅僅見聞憶念諸有情， 壽命本尊加持無勤如雨降， 壽命之旗

As instructed, I will protect. Recite three times. The twenty-first is offering the mandala of gratitude. In order to repay the kindness of receiving the complete empowerment, transform all phenomena of samsara and nirvana into a great cloud of Samantabhadra's offerings and offer the mandala of gratitude. The twenty-second is offering as a servant. In order to benefit beings and the teachings with body, possessions, the three times' accumulation of merit, offer yourself to the deities of the mandala, the lords of the family. Thinking that you will partake from a portion, please repeat after me: From this day forth, I am your servant. I offer myself to you. Please accept me as your disciple, and please partake of my portion. Repeat three times. The twenty-third is dedicating and making aspirations. Thus, gather the root of virtue arising from receiving the empowerment, and the virtue of the three times of all beings pervading the sky, into one. Completely dedicate it to the non-abiding great enlightenment, and thinking that you will accomplish the benefit of yourself and others, equal to the sky, through the profound Dharma, please repeat after me: All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas filling the expanse of the sky, together with the resounding of the truthful words, the flowers of life empowerment wisdom, in the shape of vajras, fall like rain and dissolve into the body. May your bodies be covered with vajra armor, and may you be indestructible. HO! To the infinite immortal deities of life, I pray. By the merit of requesting, receiving empowerment, and practicing, may all limitless beings be liberated from untimely death. May the state of Amitayus be realized. Recite once. The twenty-fourth is reciting auspiciousness. HO! Auspicious Amitayus, who bestows the glory of life, Padma Gyalpo, who controls the life of great bliss, Immortal Vidyadhara Padmasambhava, May the three kayas of life deities bestow auspicious life and prosperity. Great bliss Padma Vajra Tsal, Powerful Lord of Strength, Life Deity Horse Supreme Glory, Life Mudra Goddess Mandarava, May the three roots of life deities bestow auspicious life and prosperity. Generate supreme mind, life without obstacles, At the time of practice, may the life deities bestow siddhis, Ultimately attain the supreme immortal vajra body, May the auspiciousness of the virtue of the three times bestow life and prosperity. 愿以断除恶业之善妙光辉而兴盛！三轮吉祥，寿命福德光芒炽盛！ 扎亚扎亚比扎亚！扎扬度！ 获得此甚深长寿灌顶， 消除非时死亡之怖畏， 今生证得金刚之胜妙身， 无边利生事业任运成就。 如是宣说。 又云： 莲师之悲愿如旭日之光芒， 将五浊衰败之黑暗彻底驱散， 从善缘者心之莲花绽放中， 展现甚深伏藏芬芳之藏红花红尘。 从噶玛和甚深伏藏不热之大海中， 出现成熟解脱如意宝之宝船， 具有无损引导之悲愿风力， 乃秘密主勇士长寿宝。 罪恶充满之庸常铁质之体性， 以窍诀珍宝点铁成金之妙药， 成就无死金刚身之方法， 乃甚深伏藏大海之吉祥花朵。 在无垢清净之明镜中， 三根本加持之景象光彩夺目， 为具善缘希求解脱者们， 献上此物，愿速疾成就无死怙主！ 如是，于伏藏原文略作修饰而书写者，乃皈依于法王噶陀巴大持明之名号顶严之持明莲花自在欢喜力者，于第十七饶迥铁龙年（1940年）土月之吉日书写，善妙增盛！ 芒嘎লাম！ 莲师祈请文任运成就中，将长寿金刚之命修仪轨编纂成文。

May it flourish with the glorious splendor of cutting off negativity! May the three spheres be auspicious, and may life, fortune, and glory blaze forth! Jaya Jaya Bijaya! Jayantu! By obtaining this profound empowerment of longevity, may the fear of untimely death be pacified, may one attain the supreme Vajra body in this life, and may limitless benefit for beings be spontaneously accomplished. Thus it was said. Furthermore: May the compassionate aspiration of Padmasambhava, like the rays of the sun, completely dispel the darkness of the degeneration of the five defilements. From the blossoming of the lotus of the hearts of the fortunate, may the fragrant saffron pollen of the profound treasures be displayed. From the great lake of the Kama and profound treasures, may the wish-fulfilling jewel ship of ripening and liberation arise. With the wind-like force of the compassionate aspiration of the unerring guide, is the secret lord, the hero Longevity Jewel. The nature of ordinary iron, filled with faults, with the precious elixir of the essential instruction that turns iron into gold, the method for accomplishing the immortal Vajra body, is the auspicious flower of the ocean of profound treasures. In the stainless mirror of pure intention, the blessings of the three roots shine with a myriad of reflections. For those fortunate ones who desire liberation, by offering this, may the immortal protector be swiftly accomplished! Thus, the one who slightly embellished the original treasure text and wrote it down is Rigdzin Pema Wangchen Gyepa Tsal, who takes refuge in the crown jewel of the name of the great Dharma Lord Katokpa Rigdzin. Written on an auspicious day in the earth month of the Iron Dragon year of the seventeenth Rabjung (1940), may goodness and prosperity increase! Mangalam!
