Namo Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ Hrīḥ. I prostrate to the radiant body of Guru Padma. To perform the fulfillment and restoration of the Three Roots, arrange a feast offering and torma to the best of your ability. Those who hold mantras should clearly establish samadhi, offer medicine and rakta, burn great meat, light butter lamps, and play music, saying these words: Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Fulfilling the samaya of the lineage lamas, who have realized the unconditioned, free from elaboration, and manifest state of reality. Fulfilling the samaya of the vidyadharas and the lineage of awareness holders, who have attained supreme samadhi and are the lineage of symbols. Fulfilling the samaya of the lineage lamas of the oral transmission, who teach the unadulterated teachings without omission or addition.
