愿吉祥炽盛！ 无与伦比上师慈悲大云中， 降下成熟解脱甘露之大雨， 具缘田地之上，修证庄稼茂盛， 祈愿三传承上师护佑，吉祥如意！ 清净智慧水晶之明镜中， 不断映现调伏所化之化身， 显现皆为本尊，于自性中得成就， 祈愿本尊寂怒之谛实，吉祥如意！ 从智慧虚空中，建立大印， 以慈爱摄受，以忿怒遣除障碍， 赐予安乐之吉祥，三处使者众， 祈愿空行母成办事业，吉祥如意！ 猛烈勇猛之声响，响彻三界， 视守誓护法如心肝般亲近， 善于辨别取舍，依誓而行， 祈愿金刚护法众，吉祥如意！ 如意宝般，无需勤作，所需自然涌现， 如愿树般，修持成熟，果实累累， 如转轮王般，佛法财富增盛， 祈愿心愿任运成就，吉祥炽盛！ 如是，奏乐，撒花，跳舞，供养，回向与发愿。 如是者，乃是祜主秘密主与大成就者虚空藏之意化身，尊者上师利格巴第七世大持明者多吉才旺诺布，此大士之伏藏，如意成就之会供，亦如彼尊者之伏藏目录所赐，汇集整理之，如金刚之教言所说。自幼时起，即为引导者所摄受之随行者，供养主（达波）丹增多吉，于洛扎（ལྷོ་བྲག་，Lhodrak）达东（རྟ་གདོང་）嘎姆托吉（དཀར་མོ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གནས）之心间处，将零散者汇集成一体，其中并无自语掺杂。 莲师修法如意成就之会供，降下所欲之雨。

May auspiciousness blaze forth! From the great cloud of the compassion of the peerless lama, May the great rain of the nectar of ripening and liberation descend, On the fields of the fortunate, may the crops of experience and realization flourish, May auspiciousness be with the protection of the three lineages of lamas! In the mirror of pure wisdom, the crystal, May the emanations that tame beings be transformed without interruption, May appearances arise as deities, and may accomplishments be found in their own place, May auspiciousness be with the truth of the peaceful and wrathful deities! From the sphere of wisdom, may the great mudra be established, With love, may they be followed, and with wrath, may obstacles be cleared, May the hosts of messengers of the three places bestow the glory of bliss, May auspiciousness be with the dakinis accomplishing activities! May the fierce and heroic sounds resound throughout the three realms, May the oath-bound protectors be as dear as the heart to the practitioners, Skilled in distinguishing between good and bad, following the vows, May auspiciousness be with the hosts of vajra dharma protectors! Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, may all needs arise effortlessly, Like a wish-granting tree, may practice ripen and bear fruit, Like a wheel-turning king, may the wealth of dharma increase, May spontaneous accomplishment of wishes blaze with auspiciousness! Thus, play music, scatter flowers, dance with joy, make offerings, dedicate and make aspirations. This, too, is the mind emanation of the glorious Lord of Secrets and the great accomplished Namkhai Nyingpo, the great being known as the 7th Jela Rigpa, Dorje Tshewang Norbu, the treasure of this great being, the Tsok offering of Spontaneous Fulfillment of Wishes, as given in the treasure list of that holy one, compiled and arranged, as commanded by the vajra. From a young age, the follower of the guide who has been taken in, the offering master (Tak Bla) Tenzin Dorje, at the heart place of Lhodrak Tadong Karmo, has gathered the scattered pieces into one, without any admixture of his own words. The Guru's practice, the Tsok offering of Spontaneous Fulfillment of Wishes, pours down the rain of all desires.
