应当将（善根）回向于无上菩提之因。直至菩提果，为利益众生而发殊胜意乐之愿，即是发愿。以言语表达，心中恳切希求，即是发愿。回向和发愿的作用是成就自利菩提和利他广大利益。此外，作为口诀修行的补充，包括行走时转绕，积累食物资粮，念诵或呼吸秘密真言的自声，了知觉性为法身，流动的念头和意识为幻化的显现，以及了知六根的显现，无论显现什么，都是法性的游舞，从而将其转化为道用。总之，以对佛陀教言不欺的坚定信心，通过身语意三门谨慎行事，令上师、佛、菩萨和圣者欢喜，精进于共同和不共同的佛法修行，以善良的意乐努力行持利益他人的善业，不欺骗自他，毫不懈怠地进入究竟安乐解脱菩提的善道，并修持清净的三种珍贵学处之戒律，因为一切菩提道都完全包含于其中。如是宣说了正行支分的如意宝珠般的十三种窍诀。唉玛吙！如今在这雪域藏地，具足知、悲、力，令能仁佛陀之教，尤其是慈悲金刚乘的法脉不灭的怙主，忆念彼之恩德而再次顶礼。从彼至尊之发心，解脱清净之海中，莲师加持如意自在之王，显现圆满一切所欲功德之部分，献上古汝修法之殊胜。包含总和别的修法，暂时和究竟一切所欲之宝藏，以开启的钥匙写成文字之善，愿一切有情众生之善妙增长广大！愿总的佛法和金刚乘的一切法脉兴盛长久！愿高僧大德长久住世，闻思修事业增上！愿一切众生获得安乐吉祥！愿六道轮回的如母有情众生，

One should dedicate (the merit) to the cause of unsurpassed Bodhi. Until the attainment of Bodhi, aspiring with a supreme intention for the benefit of sentient beings is aspiration. Expressing it in words and earnestly desiring it in one's mind is aspiration. The function of dedication and aspiration is to accomplish self-benefit, Bodhi, and vast benefit for others. Furthermore, as a supplement to the practice of instructions, it includes circumambulating while walking, accumulating food offerings, reciting or breathing the self-sound of secret mantras, understanding awareness as Dharmakaya, understanding the flowing thoughts and consciousness as illusory manifestations, and understanding that whatever arises from the appearances of the six senses, all are the play of Dharmata, thereby taking them as the path. In short, with unwavering faith in the Buddha's infallible teachings, acting cautiously with the three doors of body, speech, and mind, pleasing the Guru, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble beings, diligently engaging in common and uncommon Dharma practices, striving to perform virtuous deeds that benefit others with a good intention, not deceiving oneself or others, entering the good path of ultimate bliss, liberation, and Bodhi without discouragement, and practicing the pure vows of the three precious trainings, because all paths to Bodhi are completely contained within them. Thus, the thirteen key instructions, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, which are the divisions of the main practice, have been well explained. Emaho! Now in this snowy land of Tibet, the protector who possesses knowledge, compassion, and power, and who prevents the teachings of the Sage, especially the lineage of the compassionate Vajrayana, from declining, I remember his kindness and prostrate again. From the mind of that supreme one, in the ocean of pure liberation, the blessing of Padmasambhava, the king of wish-fulfilling power, manifests the perfect qualities of all desires, offering the wonderful Guru practice of a part. Including the general and specific practices, the treasure of all desires, both temporary and ultimate, may the goodness of writing down the clarifying key increase and expand the well-being of all beings! May the general Buddha Dharma and all lineages of Vajrayana flourish and endure! May the noble beings live long, and may their activities of teaching, contemplation, and practice increase! May all beings have happiness and prosperity! May all mother sentient beings in the six realms of samsara,

Having entered this supreme path of skillful means, may the two accumulations increase in power, the two bodies be realized, and the two aims be spontaneously accomplished, may auspiciousness prevail! This is the instruction on the method of accomplishment of the guru's devotion and supplication, the wish-fulfilling jewel of Spontaneous Fulfillment of Wishes. In the Wood Hare year, when the secret and detailed teachings were given to five fortunate individuals such as Shad Sa Tag Namdag, I made a written record of what I had memorized. Later, at the command of the all-pervading root guru, I wrote a more detailed commentary like a string of beads. Therefore, in the Water Male Monkey year (1992), on the auspicious occasion of the waxing moon of the Black Month, the yogi Orgyen Ngagwang Yeshe, who prostrates with his head to the dust of the feet of the embodiment of all gurus, vidyadharas, and victors, and who has been blessed by the secret of speech, wrote this by hand in the upper hermitage of Dechen Barradrak in Yaru Shang. By this virtue, may all beings in the snowy mountains receive vast benefits and happiness, and may the precious teachings of the glorious guru be as famous as the sun and moon throughout the earth, and may they flourish and spread in all directions, times, and places! May those who study, contemplate, and meditate on this path have all their misfortunes pacified and all their wishes fulfilled.
