ཕྱག་བྱས་སངས་རྒྱས་རེ་ལའང་མེ་ཏོག་སྐོན་བུ་བཅས། །བྱེ་བ་འབུམ་གྱིས་མངོན་པར་མཆོད་ཅིང་དགྱེས་བྱས་ཆོས་ཉན་ཏེ། །སླར་ཡང་རང་གི་གནས་སུ་ཉི་མ་དེ་ལ་འདོང་བར་བྱེད། །ཞིང་དེར་བདག་ནི་ལུས་འདི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་དེའི་ཉན་ཐོས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཚད་མེད་གྲངས་མེད་པའི། །གྲངས་ནི་འཕགས་པ་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་པོས་ཡང་ནི་བརྗོད་ནུས་མིན། །གཞན་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གང་སུ་ཡང་། །སྐྱེ་བ་གཅིག་གིས་ཐོག་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དམ་པ་ཆེ། །ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པ་འབའ་ཞིག་ལས་ནི་གཞན་ཡོད་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །དེ་ལྟའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཇི་སྙེད་ཚད་དང་གྲངས་དག་ནི། །བརྗོད་པ་སླ་བ་མ་ཡིན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་བྱེད། །ཞིང་དེར་བདག་ནི་ལུས་འདི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །ཞིང་དེའི་རྒྱལ་བ་དེ་ནི་སྐུ་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པས་ན། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པ་ཞེས་སུ་བྱ། །དེ་བཞིན་འོད་སྣང་དཔག་མེད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་ཀུན་ཐོག་མེད་ཁྱབ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའི་མཚན། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་གྲངས་མེད་ཀུན་གྱིས་དུས་རྣམས་རྟག་བསྔགས་མཛད། །གང་དེ་བླ་མེད་ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་བྱང་མངོན་པར་ཆུབ་ནས་ཡུན། །ཞིང་འདིའི་བསྐལ་པ་བཅུ་ལོན་ད་ལྟ་འཚོ་གཞེས་ཆོས་སྟོན་མཛད། །ཞིང་དེར་བདག་ནི་ལུས་འདི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །ངན་ངོན་ཙམ་མིན་དག་པའི་དགེ་རྩ་ཐམས་ཅད་གུས་པ་ཡིས། །ཡོངས་སུ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་གི་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེ་དེ་མཇལ་བར་བསྔོ། །ཚེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་དེའི་མཚན་ཐོས་ནས་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པའི་སེམས། །ནུབ་མོ་གཅིག་ནས་བདུན་བར་གཡེང་མེད་བྱས་པས་འཆི་བའི་ཚེ། །ཕྱིན་ཅི་མ་ལོག་སེམས་ཀྱིས་དུས་བྱས་དེ་ཚེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །ཉན་ཐོས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་བཅས་པ། །མདུན་དུ་བལྟ་བའི་མདུན་ན་མངོན་སུམ་བཞུགས་མཐོང་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །ཞིང་དེར་བདག་ནི་ལུས་འདི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །བདག་ཅག་སྟོན་མཆོག་ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐུབ་དབང་གིས། །སེམས་ཅན་གང་དག་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་ཅན། །སེམས་ཀྱིས་སྨོན་པར་བྱེད་དམ་བྱས་པ་བྱེད་འགྱུར་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད། །བླ་མེད་ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལས་ནི་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག །ཕྱིར་མ་ལྡོག་ཅིང་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་འགྱུར་དོན་ཆེན་ཡོངས་གཟིགས་ནས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་དེར་གུས་པས་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་ཞེས་ཆེས་བསྔགས་པའི། །ལྗགས་ཀྱི་དབང་པོས་ཞིང་ཀུ

顶礼每一尊佛，奉上鲜花与花蕾，以亿万供品显供，欢喜听闻佛法。复又于当日返回各自居处。愿我此身殁后，立即往生彼刹。
English
Having prostrated to each Buddha, with flowers and buds, Offering manifest worship with a billion, delighting and listening to the Dharma, Again, on that day, they go to their own places. May I be born in that realm immediately after this body passes away.

以周遍之力，真实之威力，愿我此身一舍弃，立即往生极乐刹。如释迦牟尼所说，东方世尊如来，不动佛与须弥胜幢，须弥，大须弥，大须弥，光明柔和，语调柔和等佛陀，恒河沙数一切，以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自之刹土，无量寿佛之，功德不可思议，圆满诸佛所摄持之，此法类，以信心之语真实，愿我此身一舍弃，立即往生极乐刹。如是南方佛土中，世尊如来，日月灯明，以及名闻，名闻光，放光蕴，须弥灯明，精进无尽等，恒河沙数一切，以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自之刹土，无量寿佛之，功德不可思议，圆满宣说诸佛所摄持之，此法类，以信心引导语真实，愿我此身一舍弃，立即往生极乐刹。如是西方之方，佛陀无量寿，无量蕴，无量胜幢，大光，光明照耀，宝顶与光明等，西方诸佛，恒河沙数一切，以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自之刹土，无量寿佛之，功德不可思议，圆满宣说诸佛所宣说之，此法类，以信心之语真实，愿我此身一舍弃，立即往生极乐刹。北方如来，大放光蕴，度脱一切妙音，极难调伏，日生，网光与光明之生处等佛陀，恒河沙数一切，以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自之刹土，无量寿佛之，功德不可思议，圆满宣说诸佛所摄持之，此法类，以信心之语真实，愿我此身一舍弃，立即往

By the power of pervasive truth, may I, upon abandoning this body, be born in Sukhavati. As the Buddha taught, the Tathagatas of the eastern direction, Akshobhya and Sumeru Banner, Sumeru, Great Sumeru, Great Sumeru, gentle light, gentle speech, and other Buddhas, all the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, covering their respective realms, the qualities of Amitayus, inconceivable, completely held by all the Buddhas, may I, through faith in this Dharma category, be born in Sukhavati upon abandoning this body. Likewise, in the southern Buddha-field, the Blessed Tathagatas, Sun and Moon Lamp, and Fame, Fame Light, Radiating Heap, Sumeru Lamp, Endless Diligence, etc., all the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, covering their respective realms, the qualities of Amitayus, inconceivable, completely spoken by all the Buddhas, may I, through faith in this Dharma category, be born in Sukhavati upon abandoning this body. Likewise, in the western direction, the Buddhas Amitayus, Immeasurable Heap, Immeasurable Banner, Great Light, Radiant Illumination, Jewel Top and Light, etc., the western Buddhas, all the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, covering their respective realms, the qualities of Amitayus, inconceivable, completely spoken by all the Buddhas, may I, through faith in this Dharma category, be born in Sukhavati upon abandoning this body. The Tathagatas of the northern direction, Great Radiating Heap, Melodious Voice Liberating All, Extremely Difficult to Tame, Sun Arising, Net Light and Source of Light, etc., the Buddhas, all the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, covering their respective realms, the qualities of Amitayus, inconceivable, completely held by all the Buddhas, may I, through faith in this Dharma category, be born in Sukhavati upon abandoning this body.

愿我往生彼佛刹。如是下方所住圆满佛，狮子以及名闻与名闻光，法知法持如是名号者，以及法幢等等佛陀薄伽梵如来。恒河沙数诸佛以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自刹土，无量寿佛之，功德无量圆满宣说诸佛所摄持之，此法类我以信心以语真实语，此身舍弃之际即能往生极乐刹。上方梵音星王妙香香光香云等，珍宝鲜花极盛开敷娑罗树王之族，珍宝乌巴拉之光见即有义如须弥山等，恒河沙数诸佛以无虚妄真实语之舌，各自覆盖自刹土，无量寿佛之，功德无量圆满宣说诸佛所摄持之，此法类我以信心以语真实语，此身舍弃之际即能往生极乐刹。无量光佛刹土庄严及薄伽梵佛彼等之名，听闻已闻将闻彼等一切佛陀薄伽梵，皆将摄持如是真实语圣者所说。能仁彼诸佛功德不可思议宣说之际，彼诸佛陀皆赞释迦能仁功德如是。五浊恶世之时，其他佛陀所难为之事，皆能摄持能仁胜者，我从心底皈依。我此身舍弃之际，愿往生极乐刹。薄伽梵胜者之教言，声闻菩萨以及，天人非天乾闼婆等世间一切皆随喜。佛陀所说开示赞叹，永不欺骗真实语。三宝真谛十方三世诸佛真实力，以及如来无量光与释迦能仁加持力，我等此身舍弃之际，无有其他间隔，殊胜佛刹世界化为极乐庄严中，愿得受生三世一切安乐皆为此回向。我乃凡夫。
English
May I be born in that Sukhavati realm. Likewise, the perfect Buddhas residing in the lower direction, such as Lion, Fame, Fame Light, Dharma Knower, Dharma Holder, and Dharma Banner, and so on, the Buddhas, Bhagavan, Tathagatas. All the Buddhas, numerous as the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, each covering their own Buddha-fields, the immeasurable qualities of Amitayus, completely praised and upheld by all the Buddhas. Believing in this Dharma category, with truthful speech, may I, upon abandoning this body, be born in the Sukhavati realm. From above, Brahma's sound, Star King, supreme incense, incense light, incense clouds, precious flowers, exceedingly blooming, the king of the Sala tree lineage, the glory of the precious Utpala, seeing is meaningful, like Mount Meru, and so on. All the Buddhas, numerous as the sands of the Ganges, with tongues of truthful speech without falsehood, each covering their own Buddha-fields, the immeasurable qualities of Amitayus, completely praised and upheld by all the Buddhas. Believing in this Dharma category, with truthful speech, may I, upon abandoning this body, be born in the Sukhavati realm. The pure land array of Amitabha and the names of those Bhagavan Buddhas, having heard, hearing, and will hear, all those Buddhas, Bhagavan, will be upheld, as spoken by the truthful holy ones. When the Sugata speaks of the inconceivable qualities of those Buddhas, all those Buddhas praise the qualities of Shakyamuni in the same way. In the time of the five degenerations, all the difficult deeds that other Buddhas could not accomplish, the powerful Sugata who upholds them all, I take refuge in him from the depths of my heart. May I, upon abandoning this body, be born in the Sukhavati realm. To the teachings of the Bhagavan Victorious One, the Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, and all the worlds including gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, rejoice. The Buddha's teachings, instructions, and praises are never deceiving, utterly truthful. By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels, the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, and by the blessings of the Tathagata Amitabha and Shakyamuni, may I and others, upon abandoning this body, without any other interval, in the supreme Buddha-field, the world transformed into the Sukhavati array, be born there, and may all the happiness of the three times be dedicated for that purpose. I am an ordinary being.
