啊！ 尊者您如是，祈请长久住世！ 我至诚祈祷。 我对至尊上师无比恭敬， 行顶礼、供养、忏悔和随喜， 劝请、祈祷等一切善行， 皆为成就具德上师之果位而回向。 三世一切诸佛中， 您是对我恩德最大的， 因此从现在直至菩提果， 我皈依于总集一切皈依处的上师。 遍布虚空的一切如母有情众生， 为了将他们安置于无上上师之果位， 我发起菩提心。 愿我能依止您所证悟的， 不可思议之甚深要义， 大手印之实相， 以及光明金刚藏之双运道。 从今乃至菩提果， 愿我生生世世， 不顾身命， 一切时处行持令怙主您欢喜之事。 对于不信上师身语意之众生， 我以威力降伏， 愿他们对怙主您生起不退转之信心， 迅速成就殊胜果位。 凡是对您具信敬者， 皆能增上寿命、权势、福德和财富， 愿其威德、力量日益增长， 成就利乐怙主您之教法之事业。 无有异佛，唯有令上师欢喜之行， 胜过一切， 故我生生世世以身语意及受用， 恒时供养上师。 我身语意三门， 永不疲厌， 知足少欲， 恒时以恭敬承侍、供养， 不断赞颂上师之功德。 总之，愿我见上师一切所为皆善妙， 听受教言不生懒惰和懈怠， 不受其影响， 恒时精勤行持令上师欢喜之事。 愿我成为如法守护誓言之持誓者， 我的行为与誓言融为一体， 愿我能于刹那间摧毁， 一切对上师之身生嗔恨之怨敌。 对于上师欢喜之眷属和弟子， 视如上师一般， 恒时成办利益彼等之事。

Ah! Venerable one, just as you are, I pray that you live long! I sincerely pray. With utmost reverence to the supreme Guru, I prostrate, make offerings, confess, and rejoice, and dedicate all virtuous deeds, such as urging and praying, for the sake of attaining the state of the glorious protector Guru. Among all the Buddhas of the three times, you are the greatest in kindness to me, therefore, from now until the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Guru, the embodiment of all refuges. May all sentient beings equal to the extent of space, who are solely my kind parents, be placed in the state of the unsurpassed Guru, for which I generate the mind of enlightenment. May I rely on the path you have attained, which combines the view of the Unborn Essence, the profound meaning of the Great Seal, and the Clear Light Vajra Essence. From this time until the essence of enlightenment, for as long as my lives and lifetimes exist, may I always accomplish whatever pleases you, Protector, without regard for body or life. May I subdue with my power those beings who do not have faith in the Guru's body, speech, and mind, and may they quickly attain the supreme state with unwavering faith and reverence for you, Protector. May all those who have faith and reverence for you increase in longevity, power, fortune, and wealth, and may their influence and strength grow ever greater, accomplishing the deeds of benefiting and delighting your teachings, Protector. There is no other Buddha, only the act of pleasing the Guru is sufficient. Therefore, may I always offer my body, life, possessions, and enjoyments to the Guru in all lifetimes. May my three doors of body, speech, and mind always engage in the work that pleases the Guru, without fatigue, contentment, or desire, constantly serving with reverence, making offerings, and continuously praising the Guru's qualities. In short, may I see all that the Guru does as good, and may I receive instructions without laziness or negligence, and without being influenced by them, may I always diligently engage in activities that please the Guru. May I be a vow-holder who protects the vows properly, may my conduct be integrated with the vows, and may I destroy in an instant all enemies who hate the Guru's body. May I view the retinue and disciples who are pleasing to the Guru as the Guru himself, and may I always accomplish whatever benefits them.

祈愿获得并成就！生生世世智慧清净，精进修持殊胜佛法，身语意三恭敬供养。珍宝谷物医药绸缎等，以上妙财富，极尽供养上师。特别是三世一切诸佛的，事业一时成办之方便上师的，事业增长之外别无他法，因此我，愿上师的事业恒常广大增上。上师欢喜，纵然那无间地狱之火，焚烧于无量劫海也不厌倦，上师不喜，轮回涅槃一切之荣华，如不净物般长远舍弃。总之根本上师圆满正等觉，欢喜之事无间永续，不喜之事刹那须臾亦，完全舍弃从心底恭敬而安住。我亦不希求成佛之果位，菩萨圣众清净之大地，以上师之慈悲迅速获得之，如虚空般众生之利益成办。安住于清净刹土之菩萨更何须说，如果自己能成就圆满正等觉，祈愿怙主您身之庄严我之顶，作为种姓之主而作庄严。如是对于上师极恭敬，三世一切所发之愿，不欺如是真实愿成就，祈请三宝三根本海作加持。如是三世诸佛无余之身语意功德事业总集之自性大吉祥海生金刚与无别，殊胜庄严生命之最初普贤莲花生大乐洲之化身转世之无量诸位，顶礼祈请发愿等，六十三偈颂乃上部阿里大雪山瑞斯之西面，朗钦藏布河之境三区之中的岩区玛域之上瓦姆列德钦南嘉（Wamle Dechen Namgyal）于第十三饶迥之水鸟新年之吉祥月十斋日作年节供养之时，于一切至尊上师之眷属，从边际持明者才旺诺布江央嘉措（Tsewang Norbu Jamyang Gyatso），以增长部之吉祥，以不退转之信心，身毛竖立而书写，余下少许于当月之白

May I obtain and accomplish it! In all lifetimes, may my wisdom be pure, may I diligently practice the sacred Dharma, and may I offer my body, speech, and mind with reverence. May I make supreme offerings to the Lama with precious grains, medicines, silks, and other resources of high status. In particular, the means to accomplish all the activities of all Buddhas of the three times at once is the Lama. There is no other way to increase the Lama's activities. Therefore, may I always and greatly increase the Lama's supreme activities. If the Lama is pleased, I will not be weary even if the fires of the Avici hell burn for oceans of eons. If the Lama is displeased, may I renounce all the glory and wealth of samsara and nirvana as if they were impure substances. In short, may the actions that please the root Lama, the fully enlightened Buddha, be continuous and uninterrupted. May I completely abandon even a moment of displeasure, and may I remain steadfast with reverence from the depths of my heart. I do not even aspire to the state of Buddhahood. May I quickly attain the great, pure land of the noble Bodhisattvas through the Lama's compassion, and may I work for the benefit of all beings as vast as space. What need is there to mention the Bodhisattvas who dwell in pure realms? If I were to attain complete and perfect Buddhahood, may your body's adornment, O Protector, adorn the crown of my head as the lord of my lineage. Thus, by having great reverence for the supreme Lama, may all the prayers I have made in all three times be fulfilled without deception, just as they are. May the ocean of the Three Jewels and Three Roots accomplish this. Thus, to the great glorious one, the embodiment of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Buddhas of the three times, inseparable from Tso Kye Dorje (Lake Born Vajra), to the countless incarnations of Kunzang Padma Jungne Dechen Lingpa (All-Good Lotus Born Great Bliss Island), the supreme ornament and the first of life, I prostrate, pray, and make aspirations. These sixty-three verses were written by Tsewang Norbu Jamyang Gyatso (Life Empowerment Jewel, Gentle Voice Ocean), a follower of all the venerable Lamas, from the edge of the three regions of the upper Ngari, the great snow mountain Ri Sei, west of the Lung Singe (Lion River) river, in the rock region of Mar Yul, in upper Wamle Dechen Namgyal (Upper Wamle Great Bliss Victorious) during the annual offering on the tenth day of the auspicious month of the Water Bird New Year of the thirteenth Rabjung (sexagenary cycle). With unwavering faith and with the auspiciousness of increasing prosperity, with the hairs of my body standing on end in reverence, I wrote this, with a little remaining in the white of that month.
