祈请莲足。 赐予成熟解脱我相续， 祈请引导胜妙根本上师。 祈请本尊坛城海之主， 祈请寂静忿怒莲师尊。 祈请三处空行总主宰， 祈请空行成就瑜伽母。 如是祈请上师总集三宝尊， 根本传承上师本尊空行母， 一心祈请之力瑜伽士我， 从此时起乃至生生世世中， 具足信心恭敬智慧信因果， 圣者摄受灌顶引导教言圆， 清净誓言生圆功德皆增长， 所见所闻忆念所触诸有情， 成为引导解脱道之导师， 究竟自利解脱法身中， 利他色身永不间断之化身， 如同虚空无尽引导诸有情， 愿我等同怙主无量光。 如是上师祈请文名如意宝施，于土阳马年神变月上弦圆满之日，藏地中部不变桑耶寺中央，利津策旺诺布为博荣信士所说，善哉！善哉！善哉！吉祥！

I pray at your lotus feet. With the kindness that ripens and liberates my being, I pray to the supreme guide, the root guru. I pray to the supreme lord of the mandala ocean of Yidam. I pray to Guru, peaceful and wrathful. I pray to the great, universal lord of all the Dakinis of the three places. I pray to Dakini Siddha Mukha. Thus, the Guru, the embodiment of all the Jewels, The root lineage Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, By the power of praying with one-pointedness, may I, the yogi, From this time until the end of my lives, Hold faith, respect, wisdom, and belief in cause and effect. May I be cared for by the holy ones, and complete the empowerment, guidance, and instructions. May pure samaya, generation, completion, and qualities increase. May all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch Become the guide who leads to the path of liberation, And ultimately, may I be liberated into the Dharmakaya for my own benefit, And for the benefit of others, may the Rupakaya be continuous, Leading beings to the end of space, May I be equal to the protector Amitabha. Thus, this Guru Sadhana Prayer, called the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Offering, was spoken by Rigdzin Tsewang Norbu in the center of the unchanging Samye Monastery in Central Tibet, on the full waxing day of the month of miracles in the Earth Male Horse year, for the faithful patrons of Pomrong.
