發出呼喊聲，那邊的戰事也很多。巴特那（Patna）也準備率領數十萬大軍與德里（Delhi）邊境的軍隊交戰等等，印度各個地區現在所有的國王和小國王都只顧著戰爭，百姓受苦，正處於爭鬥時代的末期，這種情況非常明顯。在瑪域（Mar yul）地區，也發生了沒有任何理由，像挑撥離間和空洞的喧囂一樣的戰爭。眾生的業力和非人的力量，使友誼也突然變成仇恨，父母兄弟官員僕人全都互不信任，想正直行事的人們也身不由己，無法安寧。話語也前後不一致，難以捉摸，難以啟奏等等，像魔術的機關一樣行事，這就是此地的情況。雪山之中，現在依靠著一切勝者的慈悲化身，世間怙主手持白蓮者，以紅黃色的舞蹈來加持的力量，使眾生以圓滿時代的盛宴美好地生活，以大恩大德的乳汁來滋養。因此，雪域的佛法和眾生的利益安樂的唯一根本，無二無別的，天中之天，眾生之怙主，他的雙足不壞金剛結，不動搖地安住在獅子寶座上，具有五種決定，是不死無量壽的本質，恆常堅固不變的大吉祥，祈願他能存活並享用超過劫數的時間，這才是唯一有意義的願望。如是按照古老美好的傳統，將自己的情況和狀態簡要地，如實地向上稟告，在您無所不知的境界中，毫無羞愧地從內心祈禱。過去上師弟子國王大臣普遍地，坦率地說話是神聖的傳統。對於應該做的具體事務和讚揚，特別是應該報告的情況，已宣告為法律。現在許多普通的工作人員，疏忽公務，損害私利，因賄賂而隱瞞，害怕說出真相。與這種情況相似的也還沒有出現。

Words are also inconsistent, difficult to grasp, and difficult to report, etc., acting like a magical machine, which is the situation here. In the midst of the snow mountains, now relying on the power of the compassion of all the victors, the Lord of the World, the one who holds the white lotus in his hand, who blesses with the dance of red and yellow robes, the beings live well with the good feast of the perfect age, and are nourished by the great kindness and milk. Therefore, the sole root of the Dharma and the benefit and happiness of beings in the land of snow, the one and only, the god of gods, the lama of beings, his two feet, the indestructible vajra knot, unshakably seated on the lion throne, possessing the five certainties, the essence of immortal Amitayus, the eternal, steadfast, and unchanging great auspiciousness, may he live and enjoy beyond kalpas, this is the only meaningful wish. Thus, according to the ancient and beautiful tradition, briefly and truthfully reporting one's own situation and state, in your omniscient realm, without shame, praying from the heart. In the past, it was a sacred tradition for teachers, disciples, kings, and ministers to speak frankly and openly. The specific tasks that should be done and the praises, especially the situations that should be reported, have been declared as law. Now many ordinary workers neglect public affairs, harm private interests, conceal the truth because of bribes, and are afraid to speak the truth. Something similar to this situation has not yet occurred.
