Presented on the 5th day of the 9th month of the Water Monkey year. Presented on the 5th day of the 9th month of the Water Monkey year. Embodying the essence of all guides into one. Abiding eternally, unchanging bliss, the dance of great compassion. Unwavering, working for the benefit of beings, the inconceivable body of the Victorious One. The lotus feet of the Protector of the Land of Snows, near the vicinity, words of the human world. A brief account of the situation. The head ornament of all the gods of the Land of Snows. The supreme toenails placed at the peak of the dense forest. Kesar (Tibetan medicine) approached by a garland of jewels. Upon the place where stainless lotuses bloom. In the great central region of Tibet, the seat of the dharma speakers. Though born, strength, ability, and qualities have become extremely small. The guise of a yogi wandering everywhere without direction. That person from the kingdom reported the situation as follows. That is, in this Jambudvipa, a place of great blessing and accomplishment, traveling near the region of Nepal, the Nepalese territory called Gorkha Raja, that area being a kingdom in a rocky land, the residence of the great teacher Gorkha Nā, who had previously attained accomplishment, Gorkha Guha, near the cave where that teacher practiced, a brick castle was built, now known as Gorkha, becoming a Kshatriya lineage, to that place, again, because of the need to repair the self-arisen stupa, I went, and was greeted by soldiers of the Mon king according to their custom, and the residence was extended from the castle to a clean meadow. Because of the need to come to the castle, ministers of various ranks were sent to urge me repeatedly, and out of consideration for their feelings, I went, and presented horses and gold as excellent gifts. Tomorrow, the life-tree of the stupa, the documents guiding the army, etc., whatever was said, I listened to with great respect, and I myself felt satisfied in my heart. I inquired about how his own kingdom was prospering, etc., some important matters, and although his activities had not declined, he frankly said that he saw signs of the decline of merit. When asked again, the minister who was sent said the same as before. Although I saw that it would be beneficial to perform rituals to avert disasters and prolong life, he was unwilling to make the effort, so I left it at that. That king has some respect for the yogis of that place, but he greatly reveres Vishnu, and even more so he worships the goddess Durga. Then, again, I went to Nepal, and when I previously repaired the Sharong Kashu Stupa (bya ri kam+Sha ma), I donated materials and supplies to the various kingdoms of Nepal according to my ability.

Not only for the sake of cultivation, but also to burn down all the dense forests, incinerating countless immeasurable beings. Likewise, for the groups of monkeys and jackals, especially the bears that are killed upon sight, in order to prevent these, keeping a strong vow in mind, repeated requests were made, but although the king and ministers agreed, they did not truly implement it. Therefore, on top of that year, in order to request that the forests of sacred places such as Phakpa Shingkun, Ugratara, and Gokarna not be burned by fire or trampled by elephants, the praises of Gnowo Tsawa were offered. The king was very pleased and coated the copper plate with gold water, hanging the copper plate containing the request on the neck of the nine-storied black deity of the king's own lineage and the embodiment of Uma, Devi Taleju. The king and ministers made a vow, guaranteeing that they would never violate it in the future, thereby perfectly accomplishing pure virtuous deeds. Again, a letter was written urging Guru to return to Nepal as soon as possible, and the two messengers, the Vajracharya of Nepal and his servant, also arrived safely. Afterwards, gradually proceeding to what is considered a special place of the great deity of Vedic scholars outside the palace of the goddess Revati in the northeast direction of Vajrasana, the sea god of Tingphari. Previously, when going to Nepal in the year of the Monkey, initially with miracles and ultimately taking vows, therefore a large Torma ritual was performed on the bank of that river. The next day was also the tenth day festival of Guru, and because it was impossible to interrupt the ritual and gathering, good wishes were made. Afterwards, Mangyul and Kyirong each welcomed according to their ability. Previously, in order to visit the sacred place where Lord Atisha resided for a long time, the six-character mantra written by Lord Atisha's finger was visited. The gathering of humans and non-humans there was very grand. In order to let down the clouds of loving-kindness in Mangyul, they stayed for a few days. Large Torma rituals were also performed many times. They made offerings and worship to the temple as much as they could. Because their own attendants showed signs of edema, they slowly went to Dzongkar and stayed there for a few days. They taught the Bodhisattva vows and
