Khorla. The thought of offering is the outer assembly wheel, The inner is the practice of the essence of secret mantra. The method of accumulating merit without the occurrence of sin, wealth, and obscurations, Is the essence of my way of eating. When drinking nectar, white and red, Knowing this, offer one's own body to the deity. With this stainless great bliss increasing, Is my way of drinking. Furthermore, when I walk and meditate, My right shoulder is the realm of space, With body images, scriptures, and stupas, The deities, three roots, gather like clouds in the ocean. The supreme deity is clear as Orgyen (Padmasambhava) father and mother, Thinking of circumambulating them, abandon habits. Thus, the gait will not be wasted, and, This is the instruction for purifying the obscurations of the body, Is my Tshewang Norbu's walking meditation. When I sit and meditate, The body is Vairochana's seven dharmas, and, With the coming and going of breath, including vase breathing, The upper and lower winds and the combined wind are gathered into one. The four combinations of inhaling, filling, pressing, and releasing, Practicing this without erring in the essential points, Is the instruction for subduing the wind into the central channel, Is my way of sitting and meditating. When I lie down and meditate, Lying on the right side in the lion's posture, In the center of the throat chakra, the white Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: A, Literal meaning: Ah), Focusing the mind, all phenomena are like dreams, Knowing this state without distraction, with mindfulness, Falling asleep and purifying the dream luminosity. This is a part of the way of meditating while lying down. Ema! I, the Vajra of Tshewang Karma, and, Sometimes meditate in a state of delusion. That subtle moment of non-thought, Is practiced in the state of the gradual path of luminosity. Letting go and staying in the state of equanimity, valala, The mind is practiced in the state of non-conceptual self-nature. The thick dreams of sleep habits, Are practiced in the state of effortless, spontaneous dharmata. In general, even this dream that is grasped, Some are grasped by gentle habits, others by coarse ones, In their minds, joy and arrogance arise. If not grasped, inauspicious appearances arise. In reality, dreams are examples of untrue illusions, When joy and sorrow increase so much there, Why can't the illusion of clinging to reality be stopped? Therefore, this appearance of dreams, Whatever the poverty, wealth, high or low of the day, Only clinging to the dreams themselves, Why cling to the night when practicing during the day? Some say dreams are exhausted. Some say dreams are not perceived. With the power of understanding these differences as they are, The deluded dream

The continuity of dreams is severed, now and then there are only a hundred paths, because there are many different experiences of realization. Some children with similar experiences and misunderstandings of meaning are attached to this kind of situation, which is really strange. I am happy to have this dream, and I have no regrets if I can't get it. Whatever I do, I am a happy yogi. In general, if there is correct practice during the day, it is tolerable even if you don't get a dream at night. If the appearance of delusion is vast during the day, it is of little use even if you get a dream at night. Therefore, do not let go of the habits of delusional appearances, and in the absence of effort, apply the vigilance of non-distraction. One should abandon the laziness of non-prediction, this is my foolish practice. The way I practice desire is to train the attachment to things like a magic eye of illusion. The many good and bad wishes in my heart are practiced as the wind in the sky without attachment. Also, for the attachment to objects and reliance on women, observe the nature of the attached person and practice the meaning of emptiness free from attachment. Without moving from that state, use the power of wisdom to practice the path of the deity's father and mother in union. Sealed with གསང་ (Tibetan, गुह्य, guhya, secret), རྡོར་ (Tibetan, वज्र, vajra, vajra), པད་ (Tibetan, पद्म, padma, lotus), ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, हूं, hūṃ, hūṃ), སམ་ (Tibetan, सं, saṃ, sam), ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, फट्, phaṭ, phaṭ). With the body's appearance of emptiness inseparable union, on the crown of the head, Guru Padmasambhava, in the attire of the Sambhogakaya, unites with Yeshe Tsogyal. Without self-attachment, unite with the consort, descending, injecting, collecting, and releasing seminal bindu. Practice skillfully with the four keys, practice from the four joys of bliss, this is to enhance the power of self-generated realization, like poison turning into nectar. This is how the vidyadhara who relies on a female companion practices desire. Also, when practicing in the state of anger, the gross conceptual thoughts stirred by conditions, look at their own nature, the outer environment and the inner mind, without objects and symbols, without attachment, away from duality. This is not this or that, beyond the names of proliferation. The perceiver and the perceived are separated, and awareness appears nakedly. Abide in that state, and other than that, the rejection, establishment, abandonment, and practice of anger, etc., without the fabrication of thoughts, and without any preferences, this is my practice of anger. In general, the nature of the three poisons, as well as pride and jealousy, etc., are all like the illusory wheel of an illusory person, without acceptance or rejection, without falling into attachment.
