Regarding the Agreement between the Kings of Ladakh and Muwe Regarding the Agreement between the Kings of Ladakh and Muwe ༄༅། །Regarding the Agreement between the Kings of Ladakh and Muwe. ། ༈ Oṃ Svasti Siddhi Jhiṃ RāJa Bhavantu. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི་སིདྡྷི་ཛྙིཾ་རཱ་ཛ་བྷ་ཝནྟུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वस्ति सिद्धि झिंग् राज भवन्तु, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti siddhi jhiṃ rāja bhavantu, Literal Meaning: Om, auspiciousness, accomplishment, jhiṃ, king, may it be). The unchanging, primordially pure realm of Dharma, beyond increase and decrease, the eternal Yungdrung Great, the source of all the splendor of perfect governance and peace, the very essence of the self-luminous Dharmakaya. Like oil in sesame seeds, it exists in the continuum of all beings, yet like rust on gold, it is obscured by adventitious veils. To dispel these, I prostrate to the body of the union of the two truths, the supreme mindfulness, the primordial Buddha Samantabhadra. In order to liberate beings who reach the end of the sky of immeasurable, unchanging bliss, may you manifest as the complete and perfect Buddha, the supreme emanation of the peaceful and wrathful deities, the dancer of immeasurable compassion, and the assembly of his sons, the Bodhisattvas, and the assembly of Solitary Realizers and Hearers who have become disciples. May the precious lamp of the Dharma of scripture and realization dwell well in their hearts and faces. For the sake of the flourishing of the precious Three Jewels and the long-lasting of the teachings, and for the emanation of the lords of the ten bhumis as the great Vajra protectors, and others, who appear in the manner of worldly activities, protecting the directions and the oath-bound protectors, possessing vast magical powers and abilities, the arbiters of good and bad, the all-knowing ones of all times. Thus, free from the elaboration of one and many, the single self-arisen awareness, the precious assembly of the Three Roots, for sentient beings who appear like illusions without being realized, constantly and continuously creating the source of benefit and happiness, without any conceptual activity, yet although there is no need to urge and stabilize, because beings bound by the obscurations of dualistic clinging and afflictions are tormented by the unbearable suffering of the degenerate age, unable to bear this, please consider this time with the arms and arrows of compassion. May the general and individual happiness of beings, and the Buddhist teachings, in this land surrounding the sacred site, pacify disease and famine, and especially, may the cruel weapons of border wars be completely extinguished, may all impartial beings enjoy the auspiciousness of benefit and happiness, for the sake of protection, in the activity of the protector of the snowy land, the good deeds of the ruler of Maryul (Ladakh), may my efforts remain in the course of time.

Therefore, in order to treat the objects of refuge with the utmost respect, and to relax one's own mind, I will here present some verses of prayer that arise powerfully and without interruption. That is to say, the realm of the Dharmakaya of the Buddhas, like the sky, is boundless and free from limitations and partiality, and is regarded as the great abode of non-abiding. From that, the Sambhogakaya realm of all the Buddhas, adorned with dense ornaments, blazing with the splendor and glory of wisdom, is easy to destroy the defilements of the two obscurations. From that, the realm of the Supreme Nirmanakaya, like the abode of the great god Ishvara, without moving, the transformation of illusion, the master with the nature of a billion three-thousandfold worlds, the Buddhas of the three bodies, the Dharmakaya is united in the Dharmadhatu, the Sambhogakaya is not different from the Dharmakaya. The Nirmanakaya appears as distinct and unmixed forms according to the inclinations of the beings to be tamed, and the manifestations of all the Buddhas are always equal. Like this, at this time, moved by the compassion of the Buddhas, the patient Saha world, made of hundreds of millions of golden lotus petals by the gods, adorned with the auspicious signs of the Buddhas, is named the Fortunate Aeon because of seeing this, the fourth of the thousand supreme guides, the teacher of the three realms. The protector of the three worlds. The lamp of the three existences. The incomparable one, our teacher Shakyamuni, the crown of the Shakyas, Shakya Siddhartha, with the most rare aspiration that surpasses all other perfect Buddhas, caused the beings of Jambudvipa to reach the end of the age of strife, fathers are not regarded as fathers, and mothers are not regarded as mothers. Brahmins and ascetics are not distinguished. The ten paths of non-virtuous actions are fully flourishing, and at the time of engaging in the five heinous crimes, from the high Dharma banner of the Tushita heaven, the holy incarnation White Banner himself, with five observations, manifested the state of fully taking birth in Jambudvipa, thereby well establishing the deeds of the supreme incarnation, that is, the mundane, supramundane, and unsurpassed, that is, the twelve deeds, well established, the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma, the four truths and the signless.
