Yes, don't look at what you do now, where will you go in the future. (Abu Rinpoche) said that in the future, one will not necessarily be reborn in a place where nomads drink yogurt, or where farmers eat goat meat. Now, one should think about how difficult it is to obtain leisure and endowment, and think about its rarity from the perspective of cause, so as to take the essence of leisure and endowment. Now, some people who perform village rituals recite rituals all day long that have neither generation stage nor completion stage, and pour a little medicinal wine or something into rotten food covered with hair, and then roll their eyes and recite: From meaninglessness, obtain the essence of accomplishment! Reciting "Kāya siddhi oṃ" etc. has no meaning at all. Therefore, on this body with leisure and endowment, composed of thirty-six impure substances, if one obtains the essence of the supreme Dharma, that is Kāya siddhi oṃ (སྐུ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ།,kāya siddhi oṃ,Body Accomplishment Om). Vāka siddhi āḥ (གསུང་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱཿ,vāka siddhi āḥ,Speech Accomplishment Ah) is also. Citta siddhi hūṃ (ཐུགས་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།,citta siddhi hūṃ,Mind Accomplishment Hum) is also. Therefore, now, from the basis of this human body, the dividing line between going up and going down, just like controlling a horse with reins, like choosing a dzo and choosing salt, grasping either the end of happiness or the end of suffering, is now in one's own hands. If one wants to grasp the end of happiness and practice virtuous Dharma, then old age will be happier than youth, the bardo will be happier than old age, and the next rebirth will be happier than the bardo. In this way, one will go from happiness to happiness. The *Bodhicaryāvatāra* says: Riding the horse of bodhicitta, going from happiness to happiness, who would be lazy because of this? It also says: With merit, the body is happy; with wisdom, the mind is happy; even abiding in samsara for the benefit of others, why would those with compassion be weary? Therefore, with the accumulation of merit with appearances, the body is happy, that is, obtaining the prosperous status of lineage and qualities; with the wisdom of realizing selflessness, the mind is happy, that is, seeing all dharmas as being free from elaboration in the ultimate sense and like illusions in the conventional sense, thereby being free from the fear of all the sufferings of samsara, and therefore becoming happy. If one wants to grasp the end of suffering, it is also in one's own hands. If one only creates evil, then old age will be more painful than youth, the bardo will be more painful than old age, and the next rebirth will be more painful than the bardo, so one must fall into the lower realms endlessly. Therefore, this leisure and endowed human body now

Therefore, one must take the essence of the supreme Dharma from above. The way to take the essence is that the small person, knowing that the three lower realms are the nature of suffering, in order to achieve the high status of gods and humans, abandons the ten non-virtuous deeds, which are the objects of merit arising from discipline, and practices the ten virtuous deeds; the objects of merit arising from generosity, offering upwards to the Three Jewels and giving downwards to beggars; the objects of merit arising from immovability, meditating on the samadhi of the four dhyanas and the four formless absorptions, even if one obtains the essence of the way of the small person. However, that is only the basis of the path, not the nature of the path itself, so one has not obtained the essence of both the middle and the great person. The path of the middle person, with the wisdom of realizing selflessness as the main truth, and the discipline and samadhi that surround it, that is, practicing the three precious trainings, even if one obtains the essence of the way of the middle person, one has not obtained the essence of the great person. Therefore, according to the way of the great person, the long path is the characteristic vehicle, and the near path is the Vajra vehicle. Among them, the outer tantra Kriyayoga, Yoga, and Yoga are the long paths, and the inner tantra Mahayoga and Anuyoga are the near paths. The quick path is the Great Perfection of Clear Light, etc. Whichever one it is, one must think of taking the essence from leisure and endowment. In particular, from the path of the Great Perfection of Clear Light, one obtains the state of the Great Transference of the Rainbow Body in years and months, so one must think of taking the essence from that path, and meditate repeatedly in sessions and between sessions in an alternating manner of analysis and placement. In the case of the turtle example, the ocean is used to represent the three lower realms, which are deep and vast, and the suffering is endless; sentient beings in the lower realms are like blind turtles, separated from the eye of acceptance and rejection; like surfacing only once every hundred years, it is difficult to escape from them; the bodies of gods and humans are like a single hole in a yoke, small and rare; like being driven by the wind, they are dependent on virtuous causes. The meaning is represented by the example, and one meditates in an alternating manner of analysis and placement. First, leisure is difficult to obtain.
