It is like going to the golden island of Rum, or embarking on the path of Khadrak, or like farming on dry rocky ground. This tantra is written with precious gold, always kept inseparable and worn on the body, constantly without distraction, all matters are Bhem (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भें, Sanskrit Romanization: bheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhem). Even by merely touching this tantra, there is no separation from the Great Mother and me. The person who holds this tantra is a Buddha. Always offering with reverence, whether in a home or a village, in that place, immeasurable common qualities will arise, and in the afterlife, one will be liberated without the bardo. Whoever recites this tantra will understand all the meanings of the views. The person who writes this tantra will obtain a manifestation body in the afterlife. Wherever this tantra resides, Dakinis and Dharma protectors gather like clouds, and gods and goddesses make offerings. Such a great tantra as this, if a lama does not value it, is self-important, breaks vows, and is false and deceitful, then the accumulations will be completed without error. Unable to practice Bhem (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भें, Sanskrit Romanization: bheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhem), craving black alcohol, although having great wisdom but losing practice, unable to offer but emptily asking for, lacking faith and reverence, acting cunningly and deceitfully, the mind is unstable and lacks perseverance, this teaching should be kept secret from such people. Keep it secret from those who are narrow-minded and emotionally agitated, keep it secret from those who are without fortune and selfish. If the vows are broken and it falls into the hands of others, all secret mantras will be leaked, and the Dakinis will be disturbed, causing negativity. The Dharma protectors will be disturbed, and Rakshasis will burn. Therefore, it must be kept very secret. It should be entrusted to a worthy vessel, that is, entrusted to the five classes of Dakinis. Dakinis with wisdom and skill, entrust it to the supreme emanation of Avalokiteśvara, Lotus Skull Garland Power. He will also regard it as a precious treasure. When the degenerate age arrives, sentient beings will indulge in their afflictions, abandoning the Dharma and practicing the eight worldly dharmas, abandoning the practice of the great Bhem (Tibetan: བྷཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भें, Sanskrit Romanization: bheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhem). All spiritual friends will lie and deceive, secret mantras will be used for fraud, doing as they please. Even for the Dharma of the three pitakas, there will be no one practicing the ten virtues, the six perfections, the five paths and ten bhumis. When filled with self-grasping and conceptual thoughts, it should be entrusted to a created being with karmic connections, who knows the law of cause and effect, is skilled in various arts, possesses vast, clear, and stable wisdom, the supreme emanation of Manjushri himself, who practices the meaning of the Great Vehicle Ati, the master of the Unsurpassed Ati. Entrust this teaching to him, Samaya. He also possesses a mind with fifteen meanings.

Entrust them successively to the supreme ones. Thus it was said. In the space of the Dharmakaya, unborn, it vanishes without object. The five families of wisdom dakinis also rejoice, and the retinue also praises it manifestly. Having obtained the four empowerments, and having perfected all the qualities of samsara and nirvana, again, they engage in the practice of uprooting samsara from its depths, and place sentient beings in the state of maturation and liberation. The ultimate of all vehicles, the wonderful essence of the teachings, from the Secret Bindu of the Dakinis, the Clear Light, the Blazing Sun Tantra, from the one hundred and sixty-sixth chapter, the chapter on the four empowerments.
