That is the lifespan of Avīci. Furthermore, one can endure for seven days without recognizing oneself. If one does not separate from the six recollections and recognizes oneself, there is a possibility of liberation. In general, no matter how long or short it is said, if one does not recognize oneself, there is no hope of liberation, and one will only experience suffering. This is the description of the eight hot hells. Listen! The eight cold hells are: The Blister Hell, where beings are placed inside an iron house with many holes, and wind is blown from all directions with bellows, freezing them so that blisters the size of thumbs grow on their bodies. The Bursting Blister Hell is even colder than before, with pus and blood flowing from the burst blisters. The Achu Suffering Hell is so cold that only the sound "Achu" can be uttered. The Kyihud Hell is where the threat of extreme cold causes the sound "Kyihud" to be uttered at times. The So Thamtampa Hell is where the teeth chatter from being frozen stiff. The Lotus-like Cracking Hell is where the blisters crack in a cross shape. The Utpala-like Splitting Hell is where all the blisters split open, and all the flesh and bones crack and turn inside out. The Great Utpala-like Splitting Hell is where the roots and bones are not severed, the root veins are connected, and all the flesh and bones split open greatly. That which is called having internal obscurations, the mouth is only the size of a needle's eye, but the stomach is as big as Mount Meru, the limbs are as thin as reeds. At first, food and drink cannot be found, and even if found, it cannot be swallowed. Even if a little is swallowed, it is of no benefit.

Even if they swallow a little, it turns into a burning iron ball, causing their stomachs to burn. This is because they have defiled the wealth of the Three Jewels. Those who are obscured by common karma have all food and drink turn into pus and blood, and even if there are delicious and sweet things, others guard them and do not give them away. This is because they have wasted the wealth of both themselves and others. The lifespan of these hungry ghosts is one hundred and fifty-five thousand years. As for those who wander in the sky or dwell in the water, their lifespan is immeasurable. Alas, the power of karma is great! Those who have purified their karma and those who have attained realization, at that moment, the appearance will change, and the pure land called "Southern Glory" will appear. There, there is no earth, stone, corpse, or any tangible thing, only the nature of the five lights, free from grasping and being grasped, appearing completely without being mixed with the bardo state. There is a palace made of precious gold, square with four doors and four steps, pleasing to the mind and beautiful to behold, with steps made of the five precious jewels, and four great stars in the four directions. Inside the palace, the sun rises from the east, reflecting off the precious crystal walls, and the interior is filled with the radiance of the five lights. Outside the palace, the water of the eight qualities flows, surrounded by fragrant bathing ponds, and a garden of healing herbs grows. Those who are afflicted by diseases bathe there, and drinking the herbs cures their diseases. Further out, between the precious walls, there are eight great oceans. In the oceans dwell various kinds of birds, flocks of birds emitting various colors of white, yellow, red, and green, and uttering melodious Dharma sounds. In the center of these flocks of birds, there are Buddha Ratnasambhava and his consort, endowed with marks and signs, surrounded by countless precious retinues. They teach the Dharma of cause, the Dharma of effect, and the Dharma that transcends cause and effect, with the retinues surrounding them. 具宝生父母秘密结合，九瞬间从子宫而出，由宝生部而成佛。如是说。出自《普贤王母虚空光明燃照日月秘密续》秘密真言要诀藏中，关于于不净为饿鬼，于清净为具足南方光荣之刹土，示现宝生部解脱之品第一百三十六。 唉！具业自在母谛听。业不净及愚痴深重者，生于名为旁生之洲，有具足足者、足拏者、具翅膀者、具尾巴者、单足者、多足等六种类别。散落者乃人间者。有主者，乃人所役使者最为强烈，然有挤奶之痛苦，耕田，负重，骑乘，剪毛，放逐荒野，更换主人等不可思议之痛苦。唉！谛听。另有黑暗洲之旁生，洲间，海洋，潜伏处之旁生，虚空所居等，愚痴喑哑之痛苦不可思议，寿命可长达每一中劫。有些数百年，有些数千年，短者则无定数。彼等皆因巨大错觉而迷惑受苦。唉！谛听。业清净者，则转生于名为中央不动之刹土，与功德庄严具足南方光荣者相同。导师为毗卢遮那佛，融入由诸佛部眷属围绕之心中，出胎，于诸佛部之主尊成佛，而清净轮回。唉！谛听。另有业不清净者，因贪欲深重之缘故，迷乱于人间。即四大洲：胜身洲、赡部洲、牛货洲、俱卢洲，以及八小洲等。各自皆有不可思议之痛苦。尤其赡部洲，佛法兴盛且最为强烈，然有生、老、病、死，内在之四苦，遭遇怨敌之恐惧，拥有之物无法积攒，与亲友分离之恐惧，寻求无有之物而不得。
