Even if one obtains Brahma, Indra, meditative absorption, the formless realm, And the sovereignty of a human king, well-governed by the seven precious jewels, Falling into the lower realms brings even greater suffering. In this life, having endless wealth and joy, Those of high status pass away, From being in the middle class, they become impoverished and even slaves. Like wealth in a dream, gone upon awakening. The suffering of impermanent changes of joy and sorrow, When deeply contemplated, brings great sadness. Therefore, all sentient beings in the three realms, Without attachment to the pleasures of samsara, cultivate enlightenment. Body, speech, and mind, desire realm, form realm, formless realm, The city of appearance, half-appearance, and non-appearance, Are tormented by the three sufferings of suffering, change, and conditioning. The arising of mind, intellect, and consciousness Causes the continuous cycle of delusion of joy and sorrow in objects. The alaya-consciousness, intellect, and the five sense consciousnesses, Arise in sequence, this is the order of arising. From this, the causes and effects of samsaric suffering arise. The root is ignorance, with the delusion of grasping and being grasped, Due to the imprints on objects, meanings, and mind, The cycle of samsara is formed by clinging to "I" and "mine." The unchanging nature of mind, the perfectly established dharmakaya, Is also deluded by the habits of ignorance and conceptual proliferation, Appearing as impure other-powered nature, with delusion. Objects and meanings are grasped as self and other, grasped as duality. From this, immeasurable suffering spontaneously arises. When one realizes the meaning of the unchanging nature of mind, By meditating on the unerring, perfectly established path, Planting good seeds in the pure other-powered realm, One will find rest from the city of samsara. Ema, immeasurable and difficult to fathom is the end of samsara! May those weary on the path of samsara be free from suffering.

The hells mentioned above, Are successively scorched by flames seven times hotter, The lower hells are even more painful than the previous ones, Suffering continues until the karma is exhausted. The Utsada Hells are located in mountains, forests, skies, and, Between rocks, and in uncertain places of fire and water, Few reside, gather, or live alone, There, each is tormented by some kind of suffering, Therefore they are called Utsada Hells. Others have long lives, and some gather less, Therefore, considering the Utsada Hells to be this is wrong, The sinful bodies between the rocks also have long lives, In the Utsada Hells, the Shravaka bodies gathered like umbrellas, It is said that five hundred people attack each other with weapons. On the four sides outside the Avici Hell house, There are fire pits, corpse-dung mud, plains of weapons, And rivers that cannot be crossed, four each, totaling sixteen.
