are qualities. First, there are six: praise of the body, praise of the speech, praise of the mind, praise of the qualities, praise of the activities, and praise of the great mandala of power. Fifth general meaning, regarding the transmission and entrustment of the tantra, there are three: what the compiler said, narrated as history and connected, the text of the chapters, and the names of the chapters. There are two texts: the transmission of the self-nature tantra, which is Buddha from the beginning and does not change, therefore it is called unique; and the actual entrustment of the symbolic tantra for the sake of the flourishing and spreading of the teachings. There are three of these: entrusting the coexistent retinue to the compiler, entrusting the retinue of open understanding to a person with the Dharma eye, and the validity of entrusting through definitive prophecy. Finally, regarding the completion of the tantra, there are three: the manner of abiding in the equality of mind after the actions of the tantra are completed; the source of the great and complete secret teaching tantra; and in order to be completely indestructible, from this all is elaborated, the wheel of Dharma is turned, and thus it is shown as the supreme of fruits. The condensed meaning of the Glorious Secret Essence, called Boundless Light, was written by Akshobhya Vajra in the Glorious Medicine Valley. Mangalam! Mangalam!
