Therefore, all those born in the three lower realms, as well as gods and humans, will see and touch that great light, and fully understand. Those who are weary of the suffering of samsara will also desire nirvana. Even to generate the mind to pacify afflictions. First, may this seed of the supreme path also grow. I, with the one Dharma gate that is skilled in the nature of all dharmas and reveals all samadhis, will manifest at the end of the future kalpa, and with equanimity, abide in the mother's womb for ten months. May those beings who, through my attainment of Buddhahood, will be liberated from samsara, see me in the mother's womb, abiding with equanimity, and perfectly manifesting the essence of jewels in a lotus posture. After the ten months have passed, may I, with the samadhi of perfectly accumulating all merits, cause this Sahā world to shake in six ways from Akanishta to the golden ground, and may all beings be fully awakened. When I manifest from my mother's right side, may this Sahā world be filled with great light, and may it truly inspire beings. May those who have not generated roots of virtue plant the seed of nirvana, and may the lineage of beings who have generated the seed of nirvana give rise to the sprout of samadhi. When the soles of my feet touch the ground, may this Sahā world shake in six ways from the foundation to the edge of the golden wheel. At that time, may all beings belonging to the four births, relying on the five destinies, and relying on water, earth, and sky, be completely awakened. May those who have not generated the sprout of samadhi in their lineage generate the sprout, and may those whose sprout of samadhi has become stable be established in non-retrogression for the sake of the three vehicles. As soon as I am born, may the great Brahma of this Sahā world, Mara, Indra, the sun and moon, the world protectors, the dragon kings, the lords of the asuras, as well as yakshas and rakshasas, dragons and asuras, and all great magical powers, come near to offer me worship. May I take seven steps. May I, through the samadhi of perfectly accumulating all merits, become a teacher of a retinue endowed with all qualities, causing the three vehicles to attain great joy. May I subdue the sentient beings of the Hearer Vehicle in that retinue, causing them to become the last existence. May those sentient beings who have become of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle obtain the forbearance of the illuminating flower. May all those sentient beings who have become of the unsurpassed Great Vehicle obtain the Vajra Samadhi and the Ocean of Tumult Samadhi. May that samadhi cause us to completely transcend the three realms. When I desire to bathe, may I bathe those great and particularly excellent Naga Kings. May all sentient beings who see me bathing realize such qualities as those previously mentioned of the three vehicles. May all sentient beings who see me riding in a chariot, as well as me playing as a youth, being skilled in crafts and occupations, displaying various languages, being amenable to training, enjoying the pleasures of the five desires in the presence of women, or arising in the middle of the night, having abandoned ornaments and finery, seeking red garments and saffron robes, and seeing me proceeding to approach the Bodhi tree, develop a strong aspiration and diligence for the three vehicles, and become teachers of the Dharma as mentioned above, obtaining the forbearance of the illuminating flower and so forth. May I gather up the seat I have spread out, and having arranged the Vajra seat under the Bodhi tree, sit in the lotus position, straightening my body, and calming my breath, meditate on such all-pervading contemplation. May I rise once from contemplation under the umbrella. Having risen, may I take half a sesame seed as food, and give the other half to a beggar. May all come near to offer to me! May all of them, as long as I am under the power of asceticism, practice asceticism like me! Then, may those who are followers of the Hearer Vehicle have their afflictions completely pacified! May those who are followers of the Solitary Buddha Vehicle also become the last existence that I tame! Likewise, may nagas, yakshas, asuras, and so on, and sages with five kinds of clairvoyance also come to offer to me, and may all of them be under the power of asceticism, and may they mature in their respective vehicles! In this Jambudvipa, may non-humans tell those heretics who practice asceticism with wrong livelihood and bad asceticism: 'You are not practicing asceticism, but this Bodhisattva, the last existence, who practices asceticism in this way, is powerful and will attain perfect enlightenment! If you do not believe it, look carefully!' May they also give up asceticism, and after seeing me practicing asceticism, may they mature according to their own capacity, such as in the Hearer Vehicle! May the kings of men, the Brahmins, and the people of the villages also come to the presence of my asceticism and mature in the three vehicles! Any woman who comes to see me, may they become the last of their female bodies and attain liberation in the three vehicles according to their capacity! If birds and wild animals see me, may they become the last of their animal bodies and mature in the three vehicles. Likewise, I will also say this to the pretas. As long as hundreds of thousands, millions, and billions of beings are under the power of my asceticism and are amazed by it, may the seeds of liberation be planted in their minds. For that long time, I will practice asceticism in a single lotus posture. In the past, no other being, whether heretic, Hearer, Solitary Buddha, or Bodhisattva, has done this, and no one will be able to do it in the future. I will practice such asceticism! Until I attain unsurpassed enlightenment, I will exert the strength of a man and defeat the hordes of demons and their retinues.

May it be accomplished! May I conquer the demonic forces of afflictions, along with the remaining karmic results, and attain the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment! In any case, may I plant the seed of Arhatship in the mindstream of one sentient being; likewise, may I teach the Dharma to the second, third, and fourth beings, and plant the seed of Arhatship in their mindstreams! For the sake of one sentient being, may I display hundreds of thousands of miracles, and may I also articulate the correct view, the meaning of the Dharma, and thousands of words in their mindstreams! May I place them in the state of attaining beneficial results! May the mountain of afflictions in the mindstreams of sentient beings be destroyed by the vajra of wisdom! May I teach the Dharma by establishing the three vehicles! For the sake of teaching the Dharma to one sentient being and to firmly establish them in the state of fearlessness, may I travel on foot for hundreds of thousands of yojanas! May there be no obstacles to those who renounce in my teachings, and may those who are weak, forgetful, mentally disturbed, who speak nonsense, who are unrestrained, of low intelligence, possessed by many afflictions, and women as well, obtain perfect ordination! May I have the fourfold assembly: monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen! May many people spread my teachings! May the gods see the truth, and may yakshas, nagas, and asuras also abide in the noble eight-limbed uposatha, and even those born in the animal realm abide in celibacy! Bhagavan, when I attain enlightenment, may those sentient beings who have a strong hatred towards me, attack me with weapons, fire, spears, or various kinds of instruments, insult and scold me with harsh and cruel words, spread unpleasant sounds in all directions, and give me food and drink mixed with poison, may I abide in such karmic results that are not yet completely exhausted, until I perfectly...
