Not attending, not attending. Scattering outwards, not being single-minded. Not listening, not focusing. Due to timidity, not listening to the Dharma with all one's mind, therefore, venerable one, you have not attained, it is not attainment, but rather attaining faults, not attaining goodness, one should regret. Venerable one, what one should regret is this, namely, the initially known transgression. Fourth, the transgression of mending needles is: Furthermore, a monk of this Dharma, whether it be grass, bone, or a horn needle, with a hole, or like an awl, does it himself, or has others do it, he must break that object and confess, and that is also a transgression. Fifth, the transgression of mending bed legs is: Furthermore, a monk like the dawn, for the bed or small bed of the Sangha of the Hearers of the Sugata, does it himself or has others do it, except for inserting a tenon into the root or bottom, below that, the measure of eight fingers of the Sugata, that is, one cubit of standard measure, should be used. If he has it made exceeding that measure, he must cut off the excess and confess, that is a transgression. Sixth, the transgression of spreading cotton is: Furthermore, a monk like the group of six, whether it be the Sangha's bed or small bed, spreads any of the five kinds of cotton himself or has others spread it, he must collect that object and confess, that is a transgression. Seventh, the transgression arising from spreading is: Furthermore, a monk of this Dharma, the mat spread on top, does it himself or has others do it, let it be done according to its measure. Regarding that training, the measure of the mat is: in length, one and a half times the height of the Sugata, that is, three cubits of standard measure, and in width, half the height and one time, that is, one and a half cubits and six fingers. If it is not allowed, in length, one time the height of the Sugata, that is, one and a half cubits of standard measure, extend it, if he has it made exceeding that measure, he must cut off the excess and confess, that is a transgression. Eighth, the transgression arising from covering scabies is: Furthermore, a monk of this Dharma, the medicine that heals and covers scabies, does it himself or has others do it, let it be done according to the measure of covering scabies. Regarding that, the measure of covering scabies

That is to say, in length, the height of the Sugata's height is four, which is six cubits according to the standard, and in width, the height is two, which is three cubits. If it is made larger than this, it constitutes an offense if cut. Ninth, regarding the summer rain cloth: Furthermore, if a monk of this Dharma has a summer rain cloth made for himself or others to protect against the summer rain, let it be made according to the size of the rain cloth. The size of the summer rain cloth is: in length, the height of the Sugata's height is six, which is nine cubits, and in width, the height is one and a half and one-third, which is about three cubits and eighteen fingers. If it is made larger than this, it constitutes an offense to be confessed after cutting the object. Tenth, the offense of violating the size of the Sugata's Dharma robe: Furthermore, like a close friend, if any monk makes a Dharma robe of the same size as the Dharma robe of the teacher Sugata, or has a Dharma robe made for himself or others that is larger than the size of the Sugata's Dharma robe, it constitutes an offense. The size of the Sugata's Dharma robe is: in length, the height of the Sugata's height is ten, which is fifteen cubits; in width, the height of the Sugata is six, which is nine cubits according to the standard, and that is the size of the Sugata's Dharma robe. Third, the conclusion: Venerable ones, I have finished reciting the ninety offenses to be confessed. Fourth, the proclamation of the decision: After reciting the individual offenses to be confessed, I will ask the venerable ones: Are you all pure in this? I will ask twice, three times: Are you all pure in this? If the venerable ones are pure in this, it is considered as tacitly approved by not speaking. Third, reciting individual confessions has five parts: briefly showing the summary, relying on the scripture for reciting individual confessions, the definition of each, the conclusion, and the proclamation of the decision. The first part: the summary. Taking food from a nun in a village, and going to other people's houses without being arranged in order, eating without being stopped, and entering a layperson's house in violation of the precepts, and what comes from the monastery forest, is what the Buddha said for the benefit, and should be individually confessed. Second part: Venerable

Those who possess the qualities should confess individually with lamentation. Because they hold the characteristics of what should not be done, these four things that come from the Vinaya arise from reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra during the semi-monthly Posadha. The third has four parts: First, the confession of begging food from a Bhikshuni: Again, if a Bhikshu like Nanda, whose Bhikshuni of this Dharma is not a relative within seven generations, dwells on the street of a great road, for the sake of alms, goes to villages such as great roads, streets, crossroads, and triple junctions, and from that place takes five kinds of food and five kinds of drinks, without being allowed to take them, takes them with his own hands and eats them, or swallows them in his throat and eats, then that Bhikshu should go to the garden outside the village, that is, to the monastery, and say to the assembled Bhikshus: "Venerable ones, because I have an inappropriate situation that is blameworthy, I confess individually with lamentation, and I have committed an offense that should be confessed." He should confess this Dharma in front of the venerable ones. After confessing in this way, he should confess individually, and this Dharma should be confessed individually. Second, the confession of eating without being in order and without preventing the distribution: Again, if a Bhikshu like the Group of Six, three or more of whom are invited to the homes of Brahmins and householders for food, and when they are eating porridge, if a Bhikshuni like Sthulananda says: "Give this Bhikshu food! Give this Bhikshu rice! Give this Bhikshu beans! Give this Bhikshu drink!" And if she sits there urging them, then the assembled Bhikshus should advise that Bhikshuni in this way: "Sister, while the Bhikshus are eating porridge, do not make noise for a while, but remain silent." If even one Bhikshu does not dare to speak to that Bhikshuni in that way, then all the assembled Bhikshus should go outside to the garden and say to the Bhikshus: "Venerable ones, we have an inappropriate situation that is blameworthy, and we have committed an offense that should be confessed individually, so we confess this Dharma individually." In this way, they should confess individually, and this Dharma should also be confessed individually. Third, violating

The individual confession for entering a house is: For any house of Brahmins, etc., of those studying permanence, etc., which the Sangha has bound by the act of requesting the precepts of the house, and also for any house of those studying monks like the group of six, which the Sangha has bound by the precepts, in such places, except for those who have been invited as guests like the excellent pair, if one goes without being invited or informed, and takes food and eats it with one's own hand, then that monk should go outside the monastery and say to the monks: "Venerable ones, I have committed an act of individual confession that is not worthy of reproach, this Dharma should be individually confessed, therefore this Dharma should be individually confessed." Fourth, the individual confession arising from forest investigation is: For any monastery of the Sangha of the Hearers of the Sugata, located one league away from the city, which is said to be with suspicion of thieves, etc., said to be with fear of tigers, etc., said to be with various fears such as mosquitoes, flies, bees, wind, sun, etc., and also for any monastery of the Sangha of monks like the group of six, any monastery that is said to be with suspicion, said to be with fear, said to be with various fears, in such places, if a forest ranger, before patrolling the forest, allows the giving and receiving of food outside the monastery, and forcibly takes food and eats it, then that monk should go outside the monastery and say to the monks: "Venerable ones, I have committed an act of individual confession that is not worthy of reproach, this Dharma should be individually confessed, therefore this Dharma should be individually confessed." Fourth, the conclusion is: Venerable ones, I have finished reciting these four Dharmas that should be individually confessed. Fifth, the proclamation of the resolution is: For the recitation of the individual confession, I will ask the venerable ones, are you pure in this? Again, I will ask, are you pure in this? I will ask this two or three times. If the venerable ones are pure in this, then it is assumed to be so because of not speaking. Fourth, to study
