In such places, there are hundreds of millions of Bodhisattvas and many Yaksha retinues, who are the very essence of the secret mantra. They listen to the words of their own teachers and teach their retinues accordingly. Son, remember this! Likewise, in the immeasurable pure lands of the Buddha's emanation body, such as the immaculate sound, etc., there are countless great beings, together with retinues of hundreds of millions of Bodhisattvas, too numerous to count. They are the very essence of the secret mantra, listening to the words of their own teachers and teaching their retinues accordingly. Son, remember these! Furthermore, the realm of the Dharma body is like the manifestation of the realms of the two form bodies. The teacher's Dharma body realm is called the Essence of Bodhicitta. In that place, the one called the Regent Son, together with an inconceivable retinue of Regent Sons, definitively explains the very essence of the secret mantra. Son, remember this! Thus, by remembering the realms of the three bodies, you fortunate Vidyadharas who possess the four great rivers of empowerment of the Great Assembly Sutra are known and liberated in those realms. This depends on the blessings of the lineage of gurus, so the entrustment of the oral transmission is proclaimed. If there is interest, then the entrustment of the oral transmission and the secret seal should be proclaimed as in the old texts. However, because it is too much, it cannot be done. Thus it was spoken. The Hearer Vehicle was taught in Varanasi. The Solitary Realizer Vehicle was taught on Mount Bird's Foot. The Bodhisattva Vehicle was taught on Vulture Peak Mountain in Rajagriha. The Kriya Vehicle was taught in Varanasi. The Yoga Vehicles were taught on the summit of Mount Blazing Fire, and so forth. As for the Unexcelled Secret Mantra Vehicle, as prophesied, twenty-eight years after the Passing of the Sage, the Lord of Secrets himself appeared on the summit of Mount Malaya in the land of Lanka and turned the Wheel of Dharma for the five lineages. Through his blessing, the fortunate King Dzah received seven wondrous dream omens, and in accordance with these, the texts of the tantras and agamas actually descended, causing the teachings of both the generation and completion stages to fully flourish in the human realm. After a long time had passed, the great teacher Garab Dorje, also known as Rolang Dewa, appeared in the world. From a young age, he naturally understood many of the Buddha's teachings in his mind. Thus, having completed the outer empowerments, at Vajrasana, from the great teacher Rabtu Salwa, he received countless tantras such as Union, Moon Secret, Secret Assembly Heart Drop, and became the holder of the transmission of all the tantras and agamas. Gathering disciples from the land of Oddiyana and performing a gathering, everyone attained supreme accomplishment. Then, the King of Oddiyana, Dharmakaya, empowered the King of Zahor. He empowered the King of Singala. He empowered the Bhikshu Sokya Dewa. He empowered Sgekpa Dorje. He empowered the minister Dewala. He empowered Khenpo Chokyi Gyaltsen. Alternatively, Rolang Dewa empowered the teacher Dorje Shepa. Then Prabha Hasti, Shakya Senge, Dhana Rakshita, Humkara, the great teacher Dewa Salje. The three followers, Drophukpa Master, Lan Chuwabarwa, and Lan Nyatsalwa, were Lhaje Gar of Ogdong, who transmitted it to Seg Dorje Gyaltsen, who transmitted it to Lan Nyatsalpa Chenpo Dorje Wo, who was proficient in the five sciences and saw the face of the lord of secrets.
