In the past, when the noble Bodhisattva White Umbrella descended from the Tushita heaven into the womb of Queen Maya, he took off the precious diadem from his head and empowered Maitreya as the Dharma King, the teacher of the gods. Similarly, by empowering the precious crown, may you have the power to act as the Dharma King. Hum! White Umbrella took off the precious crown from his head, And placed it on the head of his son with his own hands. Maitreya is the Lord of the Dharma King, May he perform the great Dharma King's reign! From the realm of Dharma, arising to wherever, The emanation body pervades, wish-fulfilling.

生起之藏。第一，圆满积聚之祈愿究竟。此乃福德圆满之灌顶之吉祥第一。第二，将佛母之坛城置于顶上。往昔，当圣洁菩萨白莲花在佛母胎中时，佛母之手触及一切有情并予以灌顶，使一切有情之疾病与痛苦皆得平息。如是，愿佛母之手触及并灌顶，使烦恼、疾病与痛苦皆得平息。幻化天女，天之姊妹。天之身躯，珍宝庄严。烦恼痛苦皆平息，从病痛之苦中解脱。加持大佛母，般若波罗蜜多。慈悲平等对待一切之母。利益他人，二利任运成就。此乃任运成就之灌顶之吉祥第二。第三，交付一对小狮子。往昔，菩萨于蓝毗尼园从佛母胎中降生之时，一对小狮子围绕并灌顶，从而获得压伏一切敌对之力量。如是，愿因小狮子之故，获得压伏一切敌对之力量。狮子吼声，响亮无碍。发出无畏之巨声，降伏阻碍之魔军，愿能压伏一切敌对之众。一切压伏者，具大神变之神。圆满一切功德，压伏恶毒。伟大之威力，胜过一切差别。此乃大威势力量之灌顶之吉祥第三。第四，交付一对小象。往昔，菩萨住于迦毗罗卫城之时，两只小象以鼻触及并灌顶，从而获得支撑世界之力量。如是，愿因一对小象之灌顶，获得具足支撑世界之力量。具足支撑世界之力量，通达四乘之义，圆满辨别之力量，圆满力量之波罗蜜多，具足威力与力量之圆满，以珍宝黄金饰品庄严。

Likewise, may the Mother's hand touch and empower, pacifying all afflictions, diseases, and sufferings. Illusion, beautiful goddess, sister of the gods. Precious adornments on the body of the gods. May all afflictions and sufferings be pacified, and may you be liberated from the suffering of illness. Blessings, Great Mother, Prajnaparamita. Mother of great compassion, loving and equanimous to all. Benefiting others, spontaneously accomplishing both aims. This is the second auspiciousness of the empowerment of spontaneous accomplishment. Third, entrusting a pair of lion cubs. In the past, when the Bodhisattva was born from the womb of the Mother in the Lumbini Garden, a pair of lion cubs circled and empowered him, thereby obtaining the power to subdue all opposing forces. Likewise, may you, through the lion cubs, obtain the power to subdue all opposing forces. The lion's roar is loud and unimpeded. Having proclaimed the great sound of fearlessness, and having subdued the hosts of obstructing demons, may you subdue all opposing assemblies. Subduer of all, deity of great miraculous power. Complete with all qualities, subduing malice. Great power and strength, surpassing all distinctions. This is the third auspiciousness of the empowerment of great power and strength. Fourth, entrusting a pair of elephant calves. In the past, when the Bodhisattva was dwelling in the city of Kapilavastu, two elephant calves touched and empowered him with their trunks, thereby obtaining the power to support the world. Likewise, may you, through the empowerment of a pair of elephant calves, obtain the power to support the world. Possessing the power to support the world, having understood the meaning of the four vehicles, having perfected the power of discernment, having perfected the paramita of power, possessing the perfection of power and strength, adorned with precious golden ornaments.
